With gorgeous views of Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte and only a short walk to the square, this private 1st floor apartment is the perfect space for Prescott living at its best. With separate entrance and driveway, the 950 sq ft space with 1 bedroom (King or 2 Twin XLs), 1 bath and kitchenette with hotplate etc. is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers or anyone who likes to be downtown and close to nature.

Just off of Acker Park, the property is a short bike ride or drive to Goldwater lake and the Prescott Circle Trail system. .

Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with clear views of the mountains surrounding Prescott and its city lights, you are likely see deer, javelina, coyotes and other wildlife amble through the yard. The apartment is on the first floor of a custom home and has its own entrance and a spacious deck for you alone.

Great Winter Getaway

Home away from Home

Needed an extended stay of a month. The property, though in beautiful location was GPS difficult to find. But communicating with property manager was easy and Troy was excellent to work with. He was genuinely understanding of any concerns we had and he addressed them quickly. He was a great host. We highly recommend this place!!

Nice and Quiet

Owner was very accommodating and friendly!! The rental was very roomy and comfortable!! Had the option of a king bed or twin beds, opted for the twin beds that were very comfortable!! Would stay again!!

The apartment comes with a guest book that includes helpful information about the rental during your stay, as well as where to visit for the best food, entertainment and shopping when you are in town.

Location, location, location! Phenomenal views day and night. Safe and quiet neighborhood walking distance from downtown, Arizona State land and Prescott National Forest.

Large private deck with furniture perfect for lounging

Glass doors with keypad entry

Kitchenette: sink, hot plate, cabinets, coffee maker, tea pot, microwave, center island with stool and storage, generously sized mini fridge, utensils, plates, cups, paper products. Coffee, tea, water and snacks available.

High speed internet. We have the fastest plan available and have had TVs and multiple devices streaming video conferences at one time with no issues.

Floating desk with window view includes ample outlets for your electronic devices.

Cozy nook with banquette seating and coffee table, perfect for enjoying meals, lounging, playing on your laptop.

New gas fireplace keeps the entire space toasty warm.

Big screen TV and Internet access (Guest must provide User ID and Password for streaming services)
