Amazing Santa Monica Beach Front house with spectacular views. ROSE BOWL FANS. I have 2 of these homes open Dec 27 and Dec 29.

5 minute walk to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd St. Promenade.
Short rentals are allowed, but it is case by case.
This beach front house was fully renovated last year.
The Location is second to none. Open the gate and walk onto the sand.
