The house isn’t how it looks on the pictures. In the pictures it looks like a new build but it’s not, not modern. Everything in the house is old. It should get some remodeling. The houses in that complex looks vintage or abandoned. I was going based on the pictures and it didn’t compete with my expectations.

Dishes in the kitchen were put away dirty. I spent our first day washing dishes, not ideal for vacation. I contacted the host and she sent out housekeeping, but all they did was load the dishwasher and run 1 cycle, then leave them for me to put away. There are still dirty dishes in the cabinets. House needs a cleaning and lots of repairs. The walls are dirty, it needs dusting, bathrooms had hair in them from previous guests. I think the cleaning company is terrible but the house was ok but run down. Also to note they do not give you 1or 2 dishwashing pods, no kitchen soap, no laundry detergent but ask you to wash 2 loads of laundry & dishes before you leave.

Great clean home with a lovely pool! It was perfect for what we needed, coming back from a long day at the parks to enjoy the pool and have some dinner. The host communicated well with us and made sure we could get into the property. We had plenty of towels and bedding if needed. If was also great to have free wifi

Loved our stay in Davenport! The house is so nice and the pool is incredible. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay that easily accommodates 6-8 people.

Poor amenities

We had to buy many things for stay, including toilet paper, trash bags, salt, pepper, and dish dishwashing liquid. There was black mold on the showerhead, and the furnace ducts, the air conditioning was locked, and we were charged to use the air conditioning if we were to lower it

Close to stores and restaurants.

It’s a nice house it did the job, there’s a Publix supermarket nearby along with lots of restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.

Comfortable

The stay was homie and comfortable. House needs minor repairs and to be stocked up on some kitchen supplies but overall it was a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend paying to have the pool heated, it never got above 76 degrees so was a waste of money in my opinion

Lovely large home for an affordable price

My friends and I stayed for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place with a beautiful hotel and home! The only thing I would want to warn long term staying guests is their isn’t a large supply of toiletries so expect to pick most of that up from a store but for this price it is 100% worth it! Amazing Stay!

Disney Vacation

Our stay was great! We spent our week at the Disney Parks which was less than a 30 minute drive each morning. I utilized the Aldi down the road to stock up on snacks for the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!!

New Years at Disney

The property was in a great location and was as advertised. Great space for the family. I wish I had known that to use the grill we needed to pay extra for. We were also not allowed to adjust the thermostat. Overall cleanliness was good but not all bedding had been cleaned. There was old food in the cushions of the couch.

Alarm system is not functioning

The stay itself was okay. The trash can from inside the house was full and the cleaning lady forgot to take the trash from the pool area. The most upsetting part was the alarm system kept going off. We had the cops come to the rental twice. Stating we called the cops through the alarm system. The system’s warning lights indicated that the system needed a systems reset or new batteries. We don’t want to mess with further. So I was trying to communicate with the hostess. The communication from the host was “just input the code.” And they would call the management company. We arrived on Sunday and the alarm had already went off 4 times by Tuesday. And the police came Monday night and Tuesday. And then the hostess never communicated with me after that. We left the rental Friday morning. You could not change the temperature of the house or else they would charge you. You could not leave more than 2 trash bags in the trash can or else you would be charged $10 a bag.
