Our wonderfully spacious condo has 829 interior square feet & an additional 200 square feet lanai!! Our condo comes with with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, and window AC in both the living area and the bedroom. The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, desk with chair, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The bedroom has access to the lanai. The living room also has easy access to the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 full bathrooms in a 1 bedroom condo is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!

Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive, and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona.
