The space
This is a custom built home with plenty of space for you and your guests. With large vaulted ceiling and plenty of natural light, you'll feel comfy and at home.
Guest access
Full access to the upstairs 2,000 Sqft unit, private deck with seating, grill and hot tub.
Other things to note
This is a 4,000 Sq foot home that has been divided into two separate 2,000 Sq ft units (upstairs and downstairs). This listing is for the upstairs unit. The downstairs unit is separated by a fully insulated wall at the bottom of the stairs with a double locked, solid wood door. The upper unit utilizes the main front door entrance and the lower unit utilizes a lower, rear door entrance. Parking is the only time the guests may have interactions. This listings deck and hot tub cannot be accessed by lower unit guests as the deck has been fully enclosed.

Great stay in Colorado Springs

Very comfortable home. Loved the private patio and hot tub. It was convenient to many attractions we enjoyed. Highly recommend for a couple or family coming to the area.

Family Vacation

We are a family of four with an 11 and 9 year old. This place was nice, clean, peaceful, good location, and very well stocked. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to explore Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.

Perfect

It was a great stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and the hot tub was crystal clear. The welcome book he sent answered every question we had. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to anything you wanted in the Springs. Definitely a go to place for us in the future.

It was Great . The house and amenities were excellent. Things to see and do in the area were perfect. I give it a 4 star rating for the house, only because their were not any window coverings on the front of the house.

Quick stay in Colorado

We were a little taken back driving up to the property. The house looked like it needed some TLC on the outside. But I was relieved to find to inside of the property to to very clean! The owner was very quick returning my messages, which i greatly appreciated. And when i requested if we could enter to house a little earlier then expected, he was very welcoming. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good Location and Clean

The property is in a great location and was about 20-30 mins from everything we wanted to visit. The owner was very responsive and was quick to answer any of our questions. The layout was very nice for a group. The only negative I would have is the property has some modern updates but the beds/bed rails need to be updated in the two queen bedrooms. They were very hard to sleep on as the beds creaked really loud every time you move which would wake up the person sleeping next to you.

Colorado Stay

The next door neighbor’s made us uncomfortable. They didn’t do anything but the property was ruin down & over ran with stuff & weeds. The rest of the neighbors homes seemed cared for & maintained. I would recommend blinds for the house. I didn’t let me youngest stay in bunk room because of no blinds. The smell in the house was overwhelming. However, the hot tub was great & loved (loved) the washer & dryer. The house was clean & the owner provided lots of detail regarding the property.
