Rancho Montes is a beautiful new private beachfront property with large green areas, swimming pool and palm trees. It is located in Playa San Diego.

The house has 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast bar and large patio

There is a gazebo overlooking the ocean and 4 hammocks that can be hung next to the pool for your relaxation.

The price of $285 is for a maximum of 10 guest, after 10 guest there is an additional charge of $26 per person.

Rancho Montes es una linda nueva propiedad privada frente al mar con amplias zonas verdes, piscina y palmeras. Está localizado en Playa San Diego.

Hay una glorieta con vista al mar, hay 4 hamacas que se puede colgar a la par de la piscina para su relajación.

La cocina está completamente equipada con refrigerador, estufa, microondas, licuadora, otros electrodomésticos y utensilios. Si te gusta cocinar al aire libre, hay una parrilla de barbacoa disponible

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property location was great for our family.
You can watch the fishing boats leave early in the morning.
We felt the only ones on the beach
Our boys were able to rent surf boards in El Tunco

Oceanfront property

I loved the house, the pool area, just steps to the beach! The grill are was very nice , spacious beds and the owner was also very flexible for my needs while staying at this house. I highly recommend this house and definitely I will come back!

Everything was amazing! We loved all the space the the property provided for our big family. Lots of common places. Place was well taken care of and very clean. Would totally recommend.

Enjoyable place!!!

Very clean and organized place! You get nice AC rooms, tv’s and all kind of appliances so that you cook if you’d like! Helpers are great at the place, lots of privacy!!! Walk in and out to the beach any time you want!! Over all, excellent place to enjoy with family and friends!!! You got to go stay there!!!

Garden&Beach

The property is beautiful in general, very well-maintained, with a lot of space for family hangout. The bedrooms are nice sizes and clean, with a large parking lot. The bedrooms have good AC, except for the living room and kitchen area. The pool is very nice and clean. Thank you to Silvia and Maybelline, very nice ladies, for making sure we had everything we needed. It's easy to access places and order food. It's a safe place to go with the family and enjoy the ocean. Carmen has good communication and responds quickly. Thank you for letting us stay in your property. I recommend it and we will stay again, hopefully next year!

Paradise….

This was a great spot to chill before we flew out the next morning. Plenty of room, cold ac in the bedrooms with very comfy beds. 40 minute drive to airport. All the amenities that you would ever need. Super clean and safe!! Beach access right from the back of the property into a beautiful wide open sandy beach. Then come back into your own private clean pool. Muchas gracias por dejarnos quedarnos en tu casa.
