Additionally, guests can access the private patio from the living area, and a queen sofa sleeper is provided for any smaller members of your party who may require an extra sleeping arrangement. The dining area is seamlessly connected to both the living room and kitchen, featuring contemporary light fixtures and generous space around the large table.
The newly finished kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of supplies, facilitating the preparation of meals or quick snacks with ease. It includes modern appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining full bathroom. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
This brightly lit single-bedroom condominium is situated on the ground floor of the complex, providing easy access and a short walk to the main clubhouse and the complimentary town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
