The views were amazing! As promised! And with its location we could be on the beach without actually having to be on the beach. The hosts were great. If we had questions they were quickly answered I would highly recommend this property to others and we will definitely be staying again!

We had a very good trip. The check in process was easy and the room was very nice. Only complaint was the shower heat would go in and out and a few things could have been wiped down a little more like the ceiling, shower jets, and outdoor furniture was a little dirty. Other than that I was a good experience and nice place to stay. Would stay again.

This property was super nice and accommodating. They allowed us an early check in since our flight was in the morning. The condo is right on the beach with a pool and bar as well. They do provide beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella in the suite which is nice and convenient so you do not have to rent chairs.

Great Location

We had a great vacation. Everything was clean and usable. The location was great, with views off the deck. The high-top tables were an added feature. We cooked in a few nights, which was very nice. The bed and area were very comfortable. There were great sunsets off the deck every night and dolphins splashing in the morning. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking and Publix down the street. I highly recommend this unit.

4 Night Stay

Front Desk was very rude throughout our stay. Was woken up on our first morning and told we had to move our car for the landscaping company. Definitely could have been informed of that the night before. We have stayed on the island several times at several locations and all of these kitchenettes have induction stoves and do not proper cookware. We called the Property Manager and they did deliver new cookware however it still did not work properly. It should not take 45 minutes to make sausage and eggs. New Years Eve afternoon we came home to a man trying to change the locks on the door to the condo. This was totally unacceptable with no notice or anything. Very sketchy if you ask me. The grounds and the location we fine and we loved Vicki the owner of the Tiki Bar downstairs. She was the only person on the property that made us feel welcome. I understand not being able to smoke in the rooms however for that much a night I should at least be able to smoke on my balcony or at the outdoor tiki bar. We will not be back nor will we reccomend to family or friends.

The condo was nice and clean. Our visit was short due to the hurricane. I was impressed with the communication of the itrip management. They kept us informed of the weather and evacuation process.

Nice location BUT... Awful bathroom.

Shower was missing half the glass door. Other half was off the track. Toilet didn't flush properly. Hot water was slim to none. We did like location. Staff was friendly.

Nice room & great view

This room has a spectacular view of the Gulf and my wife and I had a fantastic wonderful time there. The higher chairs and table on the balcony are great because you don’t have to look through Balcony bars. The little couch/futon is extremely uncomfortable and not worth even sitting on. It needs to be thrown away get something different. The ceiling fan was very dirty and my wife cleaned it herself. Very black dirt. Being on the beach, there will always be a lot of sand and rooms but when we got there, there was quite a bit. It looks like it was never vacuumed and wet mopped that well. The bed was also not extremely comfortable, but it was doable. Everything else was fine. And would still recommend renting this room just wish they would make a few changes. We love the Island Inn and have stayed there many times over the years will always go back. ITrip is definitely a great company to rent from.

Everything we needed!

The studio room was perfect. Everything we needed. Beachfront and perfect views of the gulf from the room. We were in walking distance to Sea Dog Brewing and it was our favorite spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Smoke and noise

The managers were very quick to respond to questions. The beach and ocean and view were beautiful. We had a great time going out and doing things together. The location of Treasure Island is a four, but the unit location is a one. The studio we stayed in was not good! On the surface, it looked really clean, but when wiping things down with disinfectant wipes, it was very dirty. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable hard plastic. We really looked forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying it in the mornings and in the evenings. However, people were in the pool at seven in the morning, screaming (kids having fun, which kids are supposed to, but at seven in the morning is a little early), and in the evening people were at the tiki bar that was right below, very loud, we could hear everybody’s words in their conversations. We had water drip on us from an air conditioning unit somewhere above us when we’d sit on balcony. People were smoking every day while we were there either below sitting around the tiki bar or on other balconies. The smoke would force us to have to go inside and close the door or leave the property. I told management and they said they’d contact front desk. But it continued, I’m sure it is hard to monitor. The shower leaks puddles of water onto floor, one person in shower. We hung a sheet to help keep water in shower. If you like parties everyday, then the unit is great for you!

Room and location great but baggage storage waiting on room was terrible the resort wouldn’t let my daughter and her friend store luggage so they could go to pool and beach so they had to take luggage to the pool.

Great location in Treasure Island

Condo was very clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. They were still remodeling the lobby, but it didn't impact our stay. Property was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Plenty of parking directly across the street from the condo building if the onsite lot was full. One of the glass shower doors was missing so we had to strategically place the single door so it didn't soak the entire floor. Was very annoying. Couldn't use the massaging shower feature because of that. The view from the balcony was great. We spent a lot of time out there watching the sunsets. The unit is over the pool patio so it can be noisy at times even being 4 floors up. Luckily, the pool closes in the early evening so there wasn't any noise at night. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the condo for future trips.

Baby-moon Trip

We enjoyed our time in Treasure Island and having the option for a beach front condo made it even better. This was our first time in the area and found it completely charming and will be back one day. The condo had plenty of amenities and an excellent view. Some things that could use attention; - The missing sliding door in the shower allows a lot of water to pool up in the bathroom floor which soaks the single bath mat. - The room smelled very stale and remained this way for our entire stay. I wonder if it’s from lack of occupancy or some needed servicing to the air conditioner. We bought room spray to try and alleviate this. -The bed needs a topper, at least. It’s incredibly stiff and caused a lot of joint pain. - The sheets are pilling and could use an upgrade. Overall we would definitely return but perhaps choose a different condo.
