Exceptional and unique Eco-Cabin/Cottage in the heart of the Mayan Jungle in Cozumel- El Cedral. Just walking from the mayan ruins (800 A.D). Perfect place for birdwatching and photography. And minutes walking of the Cenotes and archeological ruins.

This brand new House provides 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 sofa-bed.
Here you can admire the mayan sky, relax with the sound of nature. You can swim in a big pool with cenote water.

Beautiful property ! We loved the atmosphere , we loved the cabin, they even had a cool tree house which our daughter was able to play on ! They had pretty much everything we needed ! We would deff stay here again 🙏

Summer Vacay

My husband and 10 year old daughter stayed during our first trip to Cozumel. We wanted to experience more than the resort style accomodations and found a gem in this property. El Cedral is quiet with local flair. The property itself is extremely well maintained, clean and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend to anyone! Octavio was welcoming and always ready to help, if necessary.

A Gem in the Jungle

The host Tavo was very attentive and very flexible. He went above and beyond to make us feel special. This is an Excelent place to stay with close friends or family. It's got a nice private yard and a pool that is shared with the other little house, all the necesary amenities for a fun and relaxing stay, fully equipped kitchen, nice living area, good linens and bedding.

Great place!

We loved our stay. The property and house are beautiful, the host was very kind and helpful, the pool is great! We only stayed two nights and wished we had more. We definitely stay here again.

This area is very special for us. This house is a unique, brand new and ecological home.
Is located in the heart of the Mayan Jungle, where then ancient mayans came to idolize the Goddess IXCHEL (Fertility Goddess). This property is named on her honor. Chak Chel is the other name of the Goddess Ixchel, which means Big Rainbow.
