Modern executive style townhouse perfect for business or pleasure , close to downtown Vancouver 15 min, Canada Line SkyTrain, shops, restaurants , recreational parks, centrally located , easy access to highway 99 and HWY No 5 . Two level, master bedroom Bath Jacuzzi, balconies , gas barbecue, fireplace, built in air-conditioning , heated floors, finishing tile, granite, stainless steel appliances, Private parkade , elevator, court yard , 60 inch TV 's, unlimited Internet high speed.
We had a lovely time at the property. It was conveniently located and shops and stores were in walking distance to the apartment. The bus stop was right in front of the building so transportation was convenient.
There are minimum amenities in the kitchen, i.e., pots, pans and utensils and we like to cook. Also there is a wine frig but no cork screw! That was an easy solve but we did find it a little odd. All in all we enjoyed our stay, it was very easy to reach our host and he was very accessible. We would stay again if our travels bring us to the Vancouver area. One suggestion - the bedroom downstairs would easily accommodate a queen bed or a trundle instead of a king bed. Since we stayed downstairs it was a little cramped but much easier on the knees. Loved the fire place and all of the technology, lighted stairs and bar area.

Last Minute Cancellation
I booked this apartment from Leo on November 13, 2023 after securing tickets for the last weekend of the Taylor Swift ERAS tour for December 2024. Our stay was for Thursday, December 5th - Monday, December 9th 2024. Throughout the next twelve months, Leo and I had various conversations about the check-in process as well as the house rules. There was never any indication that we would not be staying in this accommodation. My two friends and I were coming from Philadelphia, PA, set to arrive late Thursday, December 5th, which we had informed Leo of our arrival time, and he assured us we could check-in at any time. On December 4th at 8:00 PM Leo canceled and refunded our trip, claiming that there was a “double booking” error and that the other guests booked on January 11, 2024 and therefore were the priority booking. I responded to Leo telling him that I had booked TWO months prior that this “priority” booking. I am the priority booking. I am curious how much this other booking was per night, as I believe Leo found out that Taylor Swift would be in town and he decided to price gouge his accommodation rather than honoring the rate he originally sold us. If this second booking occurred in January 2024, why did it take him until less than 24 hours before our check-in to cancel and refund our stay? This was an extremely disappointing, disheartening, and disorienting ordeal, as we needed to find a new accommodation before boarding our flight across the country in less than 24 hours
