The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze with high-quality appliances, a KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix blender, crockpot, waffle iron, and plenty of cookware, spices, and dinnerware. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats six, for home-cooked meals and game nights.

The main floor offers two inviting bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite provides a private escape with a king-sized bed, warm wood paneling, and a small loft office—perfect for catching up on work or enjoying a quiet moment.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire cabin with the exception of several locked closet storage spaces and the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Delicious Cabin sits on Apple Mountain, a community of full-time residents, vacation home owners, and short term rentals. As you make your way to the property, you'll venture on Granny Smith Road, Wealthy Road, Jonathan Road, and other streets that draw their names from apple orchard and grocery store selections circa 1970.

Getting Around:
A vehicle is required for getting around the neighborhood and surrounding area attractions, restaurants, and other designations.

PETS
We love hosting your furry companions and welcome up to two dogs. Please include them in your reservation and a pet fee will automatically be included in your reservation total. Additional dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional fees to compensate for potential extra wear and tear at the property and additional cleaning regimens that we undertake. Note that emotional support animals (ESAs) are designated as pets and subject to these fees and other pet policies. Service animals are always welcome, but please let us know about them in advance so we can let our cleaning team know.

FAMILY FRIENDLY AMENITIES
We offer a pack n'play crib and full-sized freestanding highchair for families traveling with young ones.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
The property is served by entirely paved roads and a paved driveway. Most of the year, 2WD vehicles can access the property without issue. However, during snow or icy conditions, 4WD or AWD may be recommended or required. We will notify you in advance if winter or severe weather is expected, offering guidance on safe access. Full refunds are typically only provided if the property is inaccessible for more than 24 hours by 4WD or AWD vehicles.

GUEST SAFETY & WELLNESS
Your safety and well-being are our top priority. All bedding, including sheets, quilts, and blankets, is washed between reservations. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in all bedrooms, and fire extinguishers are available throughout the property.

The area is surrounded by wildlife - you will regularly see deer and may even sneak a peak at a black bear hanging out on the mountain. While the property rarely houses critters of its own, the occasional bug or tiny creature may make a visit! Just let us know if anything is out of the ordinary.

UPDATES & EXTERIOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We occasionally make updates to the property in an effort to add new amenities and ensure that we always offer safe and comfortable accommodations. As a result, furniture may occasionally differ from what is featured. During your stay, our landscaping and/or hot tub care team may service the property - we usually give you advance notice and these teams do not need to access the inside of the property (with the exception of a separately locked garage to access a mower or supplies).

SPECIAL OCCASION & PREMIUM SERVICES
We offer several special occasion decorating options and other services to make your romantic getaway or celebration worry free and one-of-a-kind. Our most popular option is our premium package that includes bubbly, fresh flowers, chocolate, balloons, and decor for $320. These typically require at least five days advance notice, but we may be able to accommodate last minute requests on a case by case basis.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Please note that upon booking confirmation, you may see two charges on your statement - one from “Edgewood Cabins” and the second from “VRBO/Homeaway” (for their service fee). Both charges will include state & county taxes. Occasionally, a booking may be confirmed, but payment not successfully charged. If this occurs, we will follow up to invoice the amount due within 48 hours. All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable payment processing and reservation hold fee.

We’re available via phone and text throughout your trip! We generally are hands off and value your privacy, so please reach out with thoughts, questions, or concerns.
