Simply show up, kick back, and enjoy the sound of waves gently rolling onto your own private ramp as you daydream into a million dollar sunset! Copano is known as “the most beautiful bay in Texas”, and the views from the property have to be seen to be believed. No boat? No problem... Countless trout, redfish, flounder and other desirable fish species have been caught from the private pier, which also includes fishing lights for night time action. The home was fully renovated within the last year and includes a huge open concept living and kitchen area, making it perfect for entertaining large groups. Don't forget your swimsuits, as Rockport beach is just up the road! Rockport beach is of the most family friendly beach in Texas. It is highly manicured and meticulously maintained. Rockport beach remains shallow, even hundreds of yards off the beach and does not have and undertow, making it perfect for families with kids!

Great family getaway

Very spacious house with everything you need. Lighted pier was awesome for the kids to fish. Cold front blew in and was a bit cooler than expected but it was a great time. Looking forward to returning next year. I highly recommend.

Summer vacation

The house has a great layout with all the amenities you will need. The pier has plenty of space for multiple people to fish from. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and it was very comfortable for me and my family. The access to Copano Bay was great. I’d recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Howdy, VRBO friends! We are excited for you to enjoy our home and know you wont regret booking with us! We are a recent family of 5, with the arrival of our newborn boy, Grant Ellis! He has two older brothers named Jace (4 years old) and Bo (2 years old). Our names are Christian and Jackie. We are both Doctors and have a private practice and also reside in a suburb of Austin, Texas, known as Kyle. We are both fightin Texas Aggie graduates from the class of 2012! I (Christian) grew up in a suburb south of Houston and played college baseball on scholarship at Blinn College, prior to attending Texas A&M. My wife, Jackie, grew up in 'the valley' of Texas, in a town called Edinburg. Our family has made so many priceless memories at such an amazing home and we are genuinely excited to offer our home up for so many others to enjoy just as much as we have!

The photos do not do it justice. The views and sunsets are priceless and leave you no choice but to leave your stress behind and relax. Our home offers a huge open concept living space and kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining large groups and keeping an easy flow of conversation between the two spaces. This is one of the only homes in the neighborhood with a private small vessel ramp right there on the property for your recreational activities! (kayaks, jetskis, paddleboards, etc). Enjoy some of Texas' best fishing on Copano Bay, right from your own private fishing pier, equipped with fishing lights for night time fishing! The home also comfortably accommodates the privacy of multiple families, as it has two fully separate sleeping quarters on each of the two floors, with individuals entries, locks, and bathrooms!
