Perfect for large families and group vacations, this 4,000+ sq ft home offers ocean view balconies, 2 living areas, a pool table, and plenty of space for up to 18 guests to relax and enjoy Myrtle Beach together.

The home is located in a quiet and safe residential area steps from the beach and minutes from restaurants, shopping, and attractions.



The Space:

This large 3-level townhome offers 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, two living rooms, and multiple balconies with ocean views. The layout makes it ideal for large families, multiple families traveling together, or group vacations.

Parking is available for up to 4 standard sized vehicles.

This home features an elevator available for an additional $150 per stay. If you would like elevator access during your stay, please let us know when booking so we can prepare it in advance.



We own all three townhomes in this property. If you are traveling with a larger group and need more space, multiple units may be available.

The property was accommodating for my large party the property was outdated needs renovation and some work and some repairs a property this large needs the elevator working at all times it was exhausting carrying luggage and groceries up and down all those stairs the house was not clean went out and brought cleaning supplies the fire detector went off twice for no reason I’ve booked several properties before never had these issues I understand it’s located near the beach and people book this property for that reason so I expected some wear and tear but anyway we made the best out of it I really enjoyed spending time with family

Great Location For Golf Trip

We had 10 guys staying for a golf trip to Myrtle. We had enough beds for everyone and the multi level layout gave everyone space/privacy as well. Communication was great and instructions laid out! Would recommend for a golf outing or family vacation!

Great place

We came as a group of 8 couples coming to run the marathon in March. It was perfect and definitely would rent again in the future.

MB golf trip

Property is in a great location and is sized well for large groups. However, the kitchen area is woefully inadequate. The unit is marketed for 16 guests, we had only 8. There were a total of 3 glasses and 7 coffee mugs. We are a group that likes to cook but were unable due to the lack of essential pots and pans. The only coffee maker was a single Keurig. The units bedrooms were generally clean but the entire unit needed a deep clean, updated paint and a fully equipped kitchen. Then it will be a terrific property for larger groups.

Golf trip with friends

Property was nice, and location was good. Worked out for us because we had 8 people In our group. The house was a little beat up, a picture hanging in the kitchen covering a hole in the wall. Some sort of splatter stains on the walls in the stairs. But overall nice stay and worked great for us.

Property is in a great location very close to the beach.. The property was very dirty.. We had to clean all through in order to stay in this location(stove, floors, walls, patios and especially the pool area!! Garbage disposal didn’t work and dishwasher backed up and flooded the kitchen(ugh) All of this for $8k a week, smh…

Disappointed

Actual house is not up to par in comparison to the pictures. Floors had lots of sand residue as if not mopped. Our sheets had visible stains. Some of the towels were not clean. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. Property manager responded to my complaints and brought new sheets and towels but at this price point I expected more.

Guys Trip

While the pictures mislead us to believe that the entire house would be ours, we still enjoyed this quad-plex. It was great for our bachelor trip.

Nice and Clean !

Beautiful Property! We were able to accommodate all 14 guests comfortably! Property very clean ! We had concerns about elevator which were addressed quickly and shown to be “ our understanding error “ . Parking can be very tight with a large group but we made it work! I would book again !

Great Location and Nice House for the Price

Overall, our stay was great. We had a couple problems, such as the elevator stopped working after we got our stuff in the house and there was a missing comforter on one of the beds. If you rent it on the weekend and the elevator stops working be prepared to walk the stairs. The owner was responsive in trying to help us, but his suggestions did not work, and we were later told we must have put over 500 lbs. in the elevator. I believe that is highly unlikely since this is a small elevator and not enough room to for anything that would weight 500 lbs. But any who he is going by what the elevator company is telling him. With that being said I am still going to give a positive review as the location was GREAT, the layout of the house was prefect for the amount of people we had. The house never felt crowded, and eight bathrooms and bedrooms were definitely a plus when it came to privacy. The pool was nice, clean, and beach was steps away. Very safe neighborhood. Even with the elevator problem I still highly recommend the house and have already recommended it to others.

Nice place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house looked just as it does on the photos. We all were comfortable and relaxed. An issue with the air was handled within hours. Other issues were taken care of in the same manner of time. Again, we enjoyed our stay and if we should ever visit Mrytle Beach again this would be a favorable option.

Very Spacious

It was 14 of us and it accommodated all of us with plenty of room to spare. I have no complaints considering the location and cost. There was issues with the oven no getting hot. Possibly a user error and some of the room floors don’t close properly. For me that wasn’t enough to say that I didn’t have an amazing time. I would definitely book again and I would recommend others to do the same. The best money I spent. The host was very detailed with the information and expectations so no questions was left unanswered. He also instantaneously responded when minor things was needed.
