Nice apartment located in the Limoilou district in Quebec. You will have access to all amenities nearby in addition to being within walking distance of the lower town and Old Quebec. You will be on 3rd Avenue where you will find the best cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in Quebec. You have easy access to public transport and you also have an electric bike terminal around the corner, so you can park your vehicle and enjoy your stay without needing it.

The accommodation includes two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. You also have everything you need to cook including salt, pepper, oil and spices as well as bedding and towels included.

You will have access to the entire accommodation including a private balcony.

You can reach us via messaging and you will get a quick response between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. For emergencies only, you can use the phone number (There is no SMS on this number).

The apartment was nice but there was construction on the street. Downstairs neighbors had a raucous party going on until 3am.

je vivais un moment difficile et j'avais besoin d'un nid douillet, et mon séjour fût enveloppant comme ce que je souhaitais. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très efficace. le seul petit bémol était au sujet de l"isolation (il fesait froid pendant es journées froides. Seulement le propriétaire est gentillement venu me porter une chaufferette et ce fut parfait pour a suite. l'emplacement est parfait, a coté du centre ville et e l'autoroute et un maximum d'endroits gourmands autour. Bref, je garde un beau souvenir de ce séjour d'une semaine! 😊
