When you book this second-floor vacation rental, you and your friends will be granted access to a variety of Jetty East amenities, including a community heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. There are also shuffleboard, tennis, and pickleball courts on-site, so you’ll have plenty of activities to keep you entertained.

Enjoy the convenience of having a sunny balcony with direct Gulf and beach views - being on the second floor has its perks! This is the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail or mocktail. The air-conditioned interior boasts an inviting living area with a sofa bed and a TV with cable. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes complete with all stainless steel appliances, which will surely help you prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks for the group. A dishwasher is included for quick post-meal clean ups. The breakfast bar seats up to two people comfortably while the nearby small dining table has enough space for two more. The private bedroom has a comfortable bed and a second TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view is absolutely beautiful. Although Destin is a very busy place, this place felt like an escape. The bed was super comfortable and the place nicely arranged with everything we needed.

Beach was beautiful. Apartment could be updated, such as fresh paint, carpets cleaned. All in all it was a pleasant stay and fit our needs.

Perfect location! Overall cleanliness was good. View was perfect! Private beach was a plus! Only issue was the bed is very firm. I had to go out and sleep on the couch which is on the shorter side and not very comfortable. We left a day early because I couldn’t sleep.

Good vacation

The place is good, very comfortable with respect to the beach and the pool, I liked it a lot and I also liked the privacy of the place, the only thing I didn't like much was the place in which it was a little small for my taste but that's my personal opinion, but with respect to cleanliness, very good and cozy.

Nice unit in a great location.

Nice unit in a great location. The living are is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, but we’ve gotten used to it on a second day. The view was nice and overall the unit was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, all soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we arrived and it was a frustrating first shower. The are rug was filthy and should be deep cleaned or removed. The couch also requires deep cleaning. It’s unfortunate that this unit seems to be the only one in the building that does not provide beach chairs. On our last day we had to head to another beach because none were available- even though there were a lot of empty chairs on the beach which were already reserved for other units. It certainly took away from the experience.

Unit is very small pics are deceiving dirty dishes covered with food pots in cabinets not washed GROSS especially for the price you can get better pots and pans at a flea market maybe time for an upgrade a/c has a governor on it so you can only turn it down so far good location to the beach you’ll enjoy staying here if you like loud motorcycles that wake you you up at 6:30am when your on vacation and a pool that never closes so people are there being very loud all hours of the nite

mini vacation

My daughter and I stayed here for a mini vacation. Overall the place was great and had everything we needed. We loved how close we were to the beach. The place was clean and very quiet. Our only complaint was we were sent a message that we could check in early so we went grocery shopping and arrived around 3 and could not get in until 4. Luckily our groceries were ok but if it had been summer time it would have been a different outcome.

Long weekend

Property was very nice. Loved the pickleball courts, the gazebo, the view of the beach. No complaints, we will definitely be back.
