Golden Moments - Downtown Condo

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located, stylish condo. The condo is located a short walk from all Golden has to offer. The building boasts a great coffee shop, is located next to the Whitetooth Brewery and sits right next to the river path. Golden is located in the middle of a number of National Parks, and offers guests world worldclass golf, skiing, hiking and a multitude of other activities for you to curate your perfect vacation.

The third floor property is perfectly furnished and equipped to offer guests everything they need for their vacation and a `home away from home` experience.

Guests have access to the whole condo, with the exception of a locked store room off the hallway.

I do not live on site and communicate predominately through the app.

The condo is located on the edge of the downtown core, between the Whitetooth Brewery and the Kicking Horse River

There is no transit in Golden and the taxi service is limited. A vehicle is highly recommended

Allocated parking is provided at the rear of the building. Parking for one vehicle is in Stall 309, additional parking is on the street opposite the front of the building.
Storage for outdoor equipment is provided in a locked storage area in the parking area.

Good location,next to the rive, walking distance to Kicking Horse Bridge, supermarket, and places to eat. Nice large comfortable bed.

No AC! It was so hot the mosquitoes were trying to get out. Advertised as having air conditioning but there’s none. There’s no thermostat. It’s summer hot and the area is full of mosquitoes. Otherwise it’s a beautiful home. If somewhat expensive for what it is. It’s calculated to have just what you need and nothing more. For example 2 towels (stay was for 2 guests for 2 nights), although later found 2 more in a closet. Seems like a guest might use 2 towels in one day, once when they arrive and again in the morning before leaving. Fortunately there was a washer/dryer. Entry instructions were not on the Expedia booking app where is seems they should be. Instead an email was deliver from someone’s name instead of saying Expedia. Easy to go to spam that way. Tried to call multiple times with no answer. They did respond via email. A very poor procedure. They said they were a “small business” yet they have 40 properties? And said with a figurative shrug to turn on a fan to help with the heat. They’ve obviously had other guests complain as well. Canadians are very nice, and a discount was offered, but it was a very special trip for us and we had to change our plans to be somewhere else because we couldn’t stay there during the day with the heat.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and right next door to whitetooth brewery. Perfect for grabbing a beer after hiking. Kitchen has everything essential. Bed was comfortable and a great shower. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Apartment

The property was exactly as described. Bright, clean with everything we needed to prepare meals because we enjoy cooking and having the right tools is important. We ate most meals on the patio with views of the mountains and river. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Great location too!

Beautiful location and stay

The condo unit was spotless, comfy and located in just the right place. The bed was amazing. So many times the beds are too soft or too har., This one was perfect after all day hiking! I highly recommend this unit!

We loved staying here! Perfect size for the two of us. Great access to the water, walking trails and great restaurants in town. Nothing negative to say about this beautiful spot. Oh, and the coffee shop right below us, Ethos cafe, was fabulous!

Golden Memories was a great name for the unit!

Golden Memories was very new, modern, clean and has great views! FYI, you cannot control the temperature due to a new eco-friendly system being used, and we had a “stomper” above us. Don’t know if it was a traveler or owner but it was annoying.

Perfect location for adventure

This cozy, very clean and brand new condo was a perfect place to rest and refuel in between hikes in nearby National Parks. It was also in a great location to walk to restaurants, the brewery and coffee shops. Very convenient to get to the ski hill too. I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Beautiful, brand new condo. Very clean, comfortable and mindfully furnished. It has a beautiful view from the balcony. It is well located - close to the highway to quickly explore the area, as well as many options within walking distance (river, nice pedestrian bridge, stores and restaurants). Try the sushi restaurant Nagomi! If it rains, make yourself comfortable and read one of the books on the shelf under the TV. Golden is ideal to relax from the busy places like Banff or Jasper. Would come back anytime!

Wonderful time in Golden

We really enjoyed the condo. It's new, clean, and very well equipped. The heated bathroom floor is fantastic. The location is great, walking distance to the river, Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge, a great breakfast spot (Ethos Cafe), a grocery store, and downtown Golden. The hosts were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries.

Wonderful

A brand new condo with a balcony that has a great view of the mountains and river. Walking distance to everything in Golden and the best brewery is a block away. Golden is a wonderful little town with access to the Kicking Horse mountain ski resort, Lake Louise and Banff without all of the hectic traffic and commercialization.

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable summer stay. It was not as restful as we would have liked because of the construction outside the back of the condo. However it was a great location and it would be good in the winter for skiing.

A perfect quiet vacation!

What a wonderful location! steps from the kicking horse river trail, allowing easy walking access to downtown. The check in was painless and fast. The condo was very clean and perfect with everything you need for a home away from home. The storage locker was a great surprise being able to leave our bikes at ground level. Will definitely stay here again!
