Enjoy your stay at our newly & tastefully furnished condo in Downtown Vancouver. Plenty of amenities just a short walk away such as Skytrain (rapid transit), bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the 8th-floor balcony or on the 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio.
This new modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee, a coffee maker, a french press, a blender, etc. The dining table has seating for 4. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, and a large closet.
With an automated check-in process, you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16. You can also use the rooftop patio on floor 11. If you need to park a visitor vehicle you can request a visitor pass from our property manager Julia through the app or by phone - the maximum stay for a visitor vehicle is 30 hours in a 7-day period.

Downtown Vancouver's historic Chinatown neighborhood is an up-and-coming trendy spot for bars and
restaurants. 9-minute walk to the Main Street Skytrain rapid transit station that will get you all around Vancouver and the lower mainland's surrounding suburbs.
You can bring your car and park for free. You can walk around everywhere, bike, or take a taxi/rideshare around the city. Bus stops and Skytrain is close by.
Forget booking a cookie-cutter hotel for your stay. Instead, enjoy our modern condo's cozy spaces featuring a fully stocked kitchen and 8th-floor patio. You'll feel at home while staying here.
Please understand that our home is located in Downtown Vancouver's historic and culturally rich Chinatown close to the Downtown Eastside. If this is your first visit to Vancouver, know that you will encounter visible poverty and occasional open drug use in this area and other areas of Downtown Vancouver. Chinatown is still a safe location with many trendy spots and easy walking/biking/transit access around the city.

Positives: The apartment and beds are comfortable (although low to the ground so difficult for anyone with mobility issues), access was well communicated, kitchen had a reasonable amount of crockery. Cutlery seemed very sparse but it was in the dishwasher, in the cutlery tray at the top. Everything was reasonably clean, not spotless. Negatives: Shower is broken and downright dangerous. There is a heavy piece of metal (the button you push to use the shower) which flies out of the fitting with such velocity that it hits the far wall. If this hit a small child, it would injure them. The host promised a repair straight away (early morning, 2nd day of my stay). It wasn’t fixed by the time I left (5 days later). They did give me a one-night refund for my inconvenience but I couldn’t use the bath as it has no hand rails and I’ve recently had hip surgery. I had to use a swimming pool throughout my stay, so I could shower. Location - the host mentions in their description that there are homeless people in the neighbourhood. What they fail to mention is that they are shooting up or in a zombie-like state right outside. The alleyway for entry to the parking garage is crowded with them and you have to wait for the gates to open and close while your car is surrounded. Description states there is air con but this is false. There is a portable unit in the lounge area but it isn’t vented so you have to open the patio doors. I would not recommended this place.

Clothes dryer heats up but does not dry clothes (venting issue?); Shower stopper needs repair; Parking spot too small for minivan (note from property manager.. move vehicle); many homeless drug users out front and in parking alley (disconcerting); convenient location for concert; mattress okay; fancy looking; quiet inside.

My family and I booked this trip a few days before boarding a cruise to Alaska. The property was beautiful and the proximity to restaurants and shopping was amazing. We were able to walk to most of our activities and those we couldn’t it was a short Uber ride away. The communication with the host was very professional and prompt. We were also able to check in early, and while this was not required the host was accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if we return.

The apartment is very much as described and fair warning is given about the area. I would point out that although the surrounding streets are full of people who have fallen upon hard times and can be alarming; that at no time were we approached or threatened by anybody. We did however have a few issues with place which some minor maintenance could resolve:On arrival there was no power to the wall sockets. We had to locate the fuse box to resolve the issue. The button that changes the water from bath to shower flys off every time the shower is switched off. The buttons to flush the toilet: one got stuck and the other sometimes fell off. Light on fan in one bedroom does not work and some bulbs have blown Our major issue was that while staying there the battery on the lock required changing. We didn’t initially realise the cause of the problem and struggled to gain entry on several occasions, eventually we were locked out of the apartment for a period on our final night which ruined our evening. Earlier in the day I rang the emergency number but was put through to voicemail, in addition I emailed via the VRBO app on 2 occasions. There was no reply to either. When we were locked out I rang again and was put through to voicemail again. Some minutes later I received a text and a man was sent to replace the battery. If I had had a reply to my initial message this would have been sorted out 12 hours earlier and our evening wouldn’t have been so stressful.

Great unit, very comfy and has everything you need. Good spot for navigating Vancouver and we felt very safe. We did have a last minute issue with the fob when trying to return them to the unit upon check-out and although the property manager (not host) was rude, we did get it sorted out quickly. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive - would recommend this unit for sure!

The flat is spacious, modern, and offers a great view. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay quite unpleasant.Check-in was smooth, but the elevator fobs often failed to work, leaving us dependent on neighbors for access. We also had trouble with the garage code, which only worked once during a 10-hour period, leaving us locked out of the flat.Inside the apartment, many things were broken or poorly maintained. The coffee machine was missing its jug, and when asked, the owner told us to use the French press instead—though its lid was broken and unusable. The washing machine was full of damp towels on arrival, the dishwasher was loaded but never started (leaving smelly dishes inside), and one of the mugs in the pantry was visibly dirty. When we raised these concerns, the owner offered little more than a suggestion that we clean things ourselves. Additionally, the bathroom sockets did not function properly, so we had to use the living room to dry our hair.The location is also problematic, being just a few minutes away from one of the roughest areas of Vancouver, with visible drug activity.Overall, while the flat is fairly priced and has potential, the maintenance, cleanliness, and location made it a disappointing experience.

Looking north off the balcony, I see colony of seagulls circling to be the one who gets the prime spot on the peak of the building. A threesome of baby seagulls chirp and chirp in their nest. Further in the distance, I spot a seaplane landing on the water framed by the towering and close mountains in a purple hue. It is a perfect urban scene, and one that sounds as good as it looks.The apartment’s owner would respond right away to any texts I sent and offering to fix issues as soon as possible. I had no rush on anything, and I trust items will be repaired following my stay.The urban challenges noted by so many are very real, but while there might be an isolated instance of seeing one near the building not at their best, most of the visible problems are two blocks away. It would be helpful if the owners specified the location of the worst so guests don’t accidentally find themselves in the middle of it all as we did.

Great location in downs town Vancouver!!

It’s tricky because if you put in the address on Google maps, it sends you to a sketchy location down the street. But where this place actually is located is very nice and just far enough away from the rifraf. But the place itself is great. And we loved the rooftop lounge!!

The unit itself was fine — clean, spacious enough for our group of four, and easy to find and check in to. However, there were several maintenance issues and unfortunately, the property manager was not responsive.The AC was just a portable unit venting hot air back into the living room, which made it pretty ineffective. The bathroom faucet was loose, and some of the towels had holes in them. Several Lyft drivers even warned us about the neighborhood — although we stayed aware of our surroundings and did not feel unsafe during our stay.I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I’ve been waiting for a response from the property owner for three days with no reply. We were also asked to text a private number instead of communicating through the VRBO platform, which did not feel right.Overall, the place has potential but needs better maintenance and communication to make guests feel taken care of.

Great Location

If you want to stay in a place that is central to all that is downtown, this is the place to stay. It is also EXTREMELY secure despite what a lot of other reviews remark as the area. Sure there are a lot of unhoused people a few streets over but the building is super secure and your own security depends on you as an individual and not taking unnecessary risks. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone with common sense
