This Premier Home is located at "Cimas del Parque" Condominios directly across the street from the U.S./Mexico Border Wall and Plaza Monumental Arena. I have more homes here and at other locations in Playas de Tijuana just for your information.
The home has "picture worthy" views of the coastline, Coronado Islands, the area of Playas de Tijuana, and then views take you across the "Tijuana Estuary" on the San Diego side of the border wall all of the way to Downtown San Diego!
It is a wonderful home to stay at for one person or a family/group.
The home is a block from the beach boardwalk and walking distance to most of the restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and other places of interest in Playas de Tijuana.
Very ideal location for travelers needing to cross to the U.S. as the border crossing is only 7 miles from here.
When venturing to Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo, Rosarito or into Tijuana this location enables easy travels to and from.

I strive to give the most comfortable stay that my guests have ever had..
By utilizing non-toxic bio-based cleaners/detergents and processes that remove what should not be in the home (not just covering up odors and such) we achieve the cleanliness that all of us hope for.
This helps to ensure that my guests are very comfortable and create wonderful lasting memories.
All of the washable items are taken away then washed at my office wash center where I'm not rushed and able to care for everything properly.
I go the extra mile to ensure comfort... never cutting corners :)

It really has a great location with spectacular views and has fresh air coming from off of the Pacific Ocean in a clean & comfortable home where you'll see everything and feel like you're not missing anything!

It is hard to find homes as large as the condos that I have at this property that can accommodate many people and then the spectacular view with the location gives you the feeling like you see and know everything that's going on in Playas de Tijuana. You may need to stay here to understand :)
