Great location!

Very nice stay for a group of friends or family. AWESOME outdoor space. The location is great! Close to the beach, Center St and of course BERTS!

We had such a fun time in Folly Beach and this VRBO was in a perfect location. Allison was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed!

Great location!

Loved the house and can tell a lot of work went into remodeling! Well stocked and easy to find things. Main issues were there is no door or covering to the room with the bunks and with it being right off the kitchen it was impossible to keep quiet enough to not disturb those sleeping in that room. Also would have liked an email or document with all checkin/checkout, WiFi info. Host was quick to respond but had to ask for all these things when usually it is provided. Loved how close to beach and town!

This chic little cottage was a beach lover's dream. We loved the restoration's attention to preservation without losing one bit of modern convenience. The huge kitchen was a perfect gathering spot. And the deck under the live oak with a full size grill was a cool cocktail party spot every night. We will definitely be back!

No check in or check out processes received. Had to contact host for key and wifi info and parking Info. Host said they did not send them to you? I have no idea who “they” is. The pictures need to reflect what you rent. The house is very dark. There is a huge couch on the porch. Two furniture pieces inside have dirty spots all over them. One bathroom sink water trickles out, tub does not drain. Same bathroom has one flicking light the other two bulbs were out. The yard has old beach stuff and toys with water and trash in yard. Host offered to send husband to look at bathroom and to pick up trash. On vacation I just don’t want to wait for a vendor. Just overall lack of attention to detail for our arrival. Host said they had been out of town and had not been by there. The neighbor was friendly and said the house was 100 years old, now that was interesting. Not the best rental experience. Updating the furniture and beds should be on the to do list. The location was great and walkable. We would visit Folly again. Knowing the rich history of the house would be interesting. A few updates and attention to detail would really help.
