This professionally-designed home "wraps its arms around you" upon entering with 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, a chef's kitchen, a private deck in the rear with outdoor dining for 6 as well as a fenced-in back yard for your fur babies!

This home was beauty from the time you pull up throughout the whole home. I traveled with my sweet family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Everything was within 10 minutes, from downtown, to the mall area and Wrightsville beach was roughly 20 minutes away. The host were very accommodating and replied quickly to any questions.

Adorable Home

The house was so cute and a great mix of vintage touches and modern amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms are very nice. Really enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Beautiful House

This place was perfect! I really liked the house, it was clean and the area was quiet. it was not very far from the beach and all the places to eat were very close. We were lucky enough to get in touch with our host. Which was nice. If you are planning a trip, I recommend staying here!

Felt like home

Needed a place to stay for college move-in day and this house was located close to Downtown and UNCW. Quiet, great fire pit, clean inside and decorated nicely. Came with several coffee options and stocked cabinet. My family enjoyed the stay immensely and I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful, historic home to spend time with family. My son made a recent move to Wilmington for work. This was my first time to the area and to visit him. I brought with me my mother, grandmother (92) and daughter. The home was perfect for our stay and well equipped for nights we chose to cook. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality.

2023 Smith Family vacation.

Beautiful property with all the necessities you could need/want! We loved our stay in Wilmington and created great family memories! Beach chairs and umbrella were not on property as listed, but the owners bought replacements within an hour! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great stay. Home is beautiful, layout and decor on point. The only issue was a little food left in kitchen sink, refrigerator wasn't cleaned and toaster oven wasn't cleaned. Property manager answered all text in a timely manner. It was very relaxing and much needed.

Wedding Reception Stay

The owner was extremely flexible with our changing plans. The house is gorgeous. It is well laid out with all the little touches provided. We didn’t have time but the back deck would have been relaxing during a longer stay. The only small gotcha would be the parking if a larger group was there.

One of the best rentals in Wilmington

Our housing plans fell through at the last minute for the weekend - hours before we were supposed to arrive into the city - and we were lucky enough to have this house still available for our use. Communication with the owners was perfect, and they ensured we settled in comfortably after arrival. The house is beautiful and was in the center of everything for us! We had the best weekend and it had a lot to do with this location.

Having hosted in the Wilmington market for over 6 years, we listened to what our guests were requesting and made the move from our other properties in the very busy downtown to this house in Wilmington's first subdivision! Our penthouse on Front Street, The View on Front Street, is phenomenal and located in the middle of it all. Our Historic Firehouse Suite on 5th & Castle is busy most weekends with weddings and the film industry. This home is located in the quaint, walkable neighborhood of Carolina Place/Ardmore. Lots of artists call this area their home. You just might fall in love with the location as much as my sister, Donna, did! So much so that she lives 2 streets away.
