When we first visited Key Colony Beach, we instantly knew it was the perfect spot for our second home. Our sits near the end of the canal, which makes it a truly special spot. The water is calm and inviting, and it’s full of life — we often see manatees gently swimming by, tarpon rolling in the canal, and schools of snapper right at our dock.

It’s not just the fish that make it magical — the area is alive with birds and sea life, giving you a true sense of being connected to nature. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee while watching the water, casting a line to catch your own dinner, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there’s always something to enjoy right outside the door.
