This Beachfront Condo is a spacious 3BR/2B floorplan with a full kitchen, dining room/living room, a huge, 200+ sq. ft. dine in balcony with comfy furniture where you can sit and enjoy the wide view of the beach with dolphins and seabirds passing by.

That said, this property received a $1MM+ renovation including pool areas so we’re sure you’ll be impressed.

Enjoy fun times with family and friends! We are very close to restaurants, attractions, parks and airports.

Only a block away… The Key West Style Conch Republic restaurant and Local Favorite Sage Cafe breakfast and lunch nook plus “My Happy Place” Tiki Bar with Deli fresh sandwiches and salads are all local favorites… Plus there’s also the Frog Pond Restaurant, Beach Liquors and Beachfront Fitness are located just 1 more block away.

There are so many other restaurants and attractions just minutes away at John’s Pass Boardwalk, Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Madiera Beach and St Pete Pier…

Perfect July 4th Week at Redington Beach

We just returned home from a wonderful week at this rental. It was such a smooth, pleasant experience. The owner was very accommodating and went above & beyond expected to check in on us ensuring that we were situated, everything was as expected, and if there was anything else needed. The condo was as beautiful as pictured & even better in person. It was spacious, clean, and the perfect location on a private beach area. Each room was well equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans, and we were happy to have some essentials to start our stay as we came in on a later flight. It was so nice to have a couple of beach chairs to utilize throughout our stay, a great pool deck/pool area, and of course, we LOVED the spacious deck area overlooking the gulf. If you desire a bit more excitement, it's just a short walk up the beach for jet ski rentals or paddle board rentals. It's also situated in the heart of many reputable restaurants in the area. It's a quick drive to John's Pass for boardwalk shopping or various boat/sunset cruises. We enjoyed a nearby mini golf course and several local ice cream concerns. We will definitely be back to stay in this location! Our family loved it so very much!
