Home away from home- vacation rental Ram Sea 113 is a recently updated (2024) GOLD rated, three-bedroom and two-bath condo. Located on the first floor (not ground level). Light and airy with a private Gulf front balcony with access from both the living area and the main bedroom directly overlooking our wide sugar sand beach. Living room/dining room combo has a delightful decor with new furnishings, new curtains, new flooring, light fixtures and so much more! Dry bar with mini fridge! Vacation rental 113 offers a fully furnished kitchen complete with new appliances (2024) and everything needed to enjoy dining at home.

Freshly painted with all new floors, drop zone by front door and beach chair area in the laundry room

Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom and 1 queen in the third bedroom. Flat panel cable televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Washer Dryer.

No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The arrival process was easy and the ladies in the resort office were nothing but helpful and welcoming. Our condo was absolutely beautiful all the amenities necessary for our stay. Beds were comfortable after our long days spent beaching, pooling, or shopping! Only downside we had was the water temperature- water was at best warm when we showered. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew there would be no pool or hot tub but we’re not aware of how much damage there actually was. Our favorite restaurants and hangouts were all devastated and out of business. Should have been warned just how bad it was.Also, this unit did not have a disposal,which I consider very important.
