Perfect Arizona Mountain Retreat

Welcome to Payson, Gateway to Arizona's Rim Country!! This is our part-time home that we love so much!! We hope you do too!! This ground floor 2 Bed/Bath + full kitchen and laundry mountain condo is perfect for quiet visiting or as a basecamp to explore the beauty where Arizona's Ponderosa pine forest begins. Just minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge and endless hiking adventures, but situated within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and unique local artists. Possible light snow in the winter and cool mountain summer nights. Resort quality pool and landscaping with private patio, entrance and parking. Please make sure your booking has the accurate number of people that will be staying, this ensures the proper number of towels, bedding and supplies will be available. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, owner has severe pet allergy. Service animals must be declared at booking and must behave as such, extra cleaning fee may be assessed . In an effort to keep cleaning fees as low as possible, we do expect you to pick up after yourself and your guests. For guests staying longer than 1 week, moderate cleaning is expected, please be courteous (this is our home, we are not a faceless corporation) or an extra cleaning fee will be assessed. If you really want to make a mess, let your children run feral and leave it, we highly recommend staying in a hotel.
Condo is located on the ground floor of the center building on the north side of the Four Seasons Condos complex, entrance is off the north side of the pool, #26. Private covered parking spot labeled with condo# is on the east side of the parking lot. Door lock code will be sent the day before your stay and will be valid until check out at 11am on your last day. Front door has resident privacy lock accessable from inside only. Condo is equipped with a ring doorbell camera and rear patio camera aimed at back patio door for resident and host safety. These cameras are motion activated.

This was our second stay, and as usual, enjoyed it very much. The host is very responsive, we always seem to need some guidance with the tv! We were here a month and enjoyed our “home away from home”.

Clean and cute

Very clean and cute condo in payson. Just a bit bummed because we couldn’t get any of the tv services ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime) to work outside of the Roku listings. One worked for a short time in the living room, but none worked in the bedroom. Other than that, great place to stay!

Comfy and convenient

What a wonderful place to relax in. It is stocked with so many DVDs that you will not run out of entertainment. It is right next to the swimming pool. The neighbors are quiet and it’s located right on HWY 87 making it convenient to everything in town. The kitchen id well stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals. And the hosts are always available, friendly, and helpful.

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The theme was fun and creative. The pool was great for relaxing. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in Payson. Loved it!

Vacation

Nice place, but I didn’t feel great about the only lock on the front door being the key pad. I wish there was an additional safety lock, similar to hotels where it gives that additional sense of security. Especially if the lock code isn’t changed between guest.

Wonderful

This was a wonderful condo that we were in for 3 weeks. The amenities were terrific, just about everything you could want or need. The town of Payson is delightful, we were close to everything. A drive out of town led to some very beautiful scenery. Will definitely put this property on our list of “to return to places”.

Great condo in Payson

This is a great quiet location but close to everything needed in town. The condo is clean and has everything you need! I especially like the coffee and tea station so that I don't have to shop early in the morning!

The best place in Payson

This condo is the best place to stay in Payson. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and the property is so easy to contact. We have stayed there several times and have never had a problem. There is also a very nice swimming pool there that is really nice.

This is an oasis in Payson: Grandkids wanted parents to move in to “the pool house!”

Upon first impression you walk in, and as our daughter-in-law said, …(with only 1 foot in the door) “how did they make this place So fun!!?”And it’s far more spacious than the pictures can show. Lots of family room to spread out, from the back porch, (which became our front door) through the living room, kitchen and dining room, and just fun, fun, fun. We definitely felt like it was our home for the week. We’ve been staying in VRBO‘s in Payson for about three years now and this one is it. The generosity of the owners to leave many extras, including more than two trash bags and enough dishwasher tabs to clean all your dishes, very very generous in all those categories of Toiletries beyond your imagination and then towels that never stop. We felt that the owners truly trusted those who stay in their home allowing others to enjoy and respect the property as their own. And we did. The pool was open 7am to 10pm and it was very clean and nice. Oh, and most important to us is that the king bed and the other beds were highly comfortable and high-quality. We got a great nights sleep from night one.

We really liked the amount of room in the condo. It had everything we needed. It was in a great location - bottom floor, corner, and near the parking lot. It really felt like we were “guests” of the owner. They were friendly and helpful in all of our communication. They really seem to care that we had a good time, and that we enjoyed their place.

Great Value

Great place to stay for 4 days in Payson. It's a super-clean and very roomy 2 bedroom condo. The complex is located on a main road, so convenient to all stores and restaurants. This unit is located in rear of complex, so it's very quiet. Lots of amenities thoughtfully included - coffee and tea with multiple makers, elect. device charging stations, big TV's, and lots of DVD's, books, and games. Nice appliances, great lighting, comfy furniture and a mid-century modern vibe we found charming. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean, convenient, and comfortable condo.

Love, love this condo. We loved everything about this home. We met a neighbor who was awesome. Thank you Frank. We were only two people this visit. But, the condo is perfect for two couples or four people. Has assigned parking which ensures you a convenient space. So many great things about this space that I can’t stuff into this writing space. We loved it.

Nice and comfortable

This is a nice comfortable condo. Has a large living dining and kitchen open space. Lots of little extra amenities such as coffee sugar toiletries if you for got something. Nice washer dryer comfortable King size bed. Walmart with in 1/2 mile. Very clean.

Great place.

The property manager was great to work with. We were there elk hunting and it fit all our needs. It was on the lower level and east to get to parking lot. Very clean place.

Loved the place

We loved the place! Nice, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Excellent to spend some time to rest or just get away with the family. A lot of windows to enjoy all the greenery outside... Nice little shops within walking distance. Great communication with hosts, they're great :D House is pretty fully staffed, loved it, you will feel right at home. A lot of space and games to play with the family. Great Experience
