Be among the first to stay in the 100% updated super spacious jewel on the St. Johns River. As stylish and comfortable as the inside space is, the outside space is equally inviting. Lounge by the fire pit while watching the sunset or venture out to the dock to fish for dinner.

Our small team is always happy to help and responds to questions and concerns between 9am and 10pm EST.

Just a friendly note before your arrival: our cabin is located in a beautiful rural area. While internet service is available, connectivity in the region can occasionally be less consistent than in urban areas due to the local infrastructure. Most guests have a great experience, but we like to mention it in advance so you can plan accordingly if you rely heavily on internet access during your stay.

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we won/host multiple properties in the area. Adding our Aunt's and Uncle's St. John River retreat home to our offerings has been so exciting. For several months in late Summer 2022, the newly acquired property was transformed completely from top to bottom. The new layout and upgrades represent the perfect mix of comfort and modernity.

Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.
