This second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath offering is THE premiere unit in one of Kona's finest oceanfront complexes. Located in Building 5 which not only overlooks the revitalized Kona Country Club golf course, it also fronts the sparkling blue Pacific! This is the most sought after and best location in this very popular vacation destination.

The upgrades includes incredible Pella floor to ceiling sliding doors that make marveling at the ocean view, dolphins, whales and year round sunsets a true delight. Gorgeous Flooring. Completely remodeled bathrooms with custom walk in showers and a must see open kitchen - ONE OF THE BEST! A Massive Island for a true Chef's Kitchen!

Absolutely jaw dropping, gorgeous appliances, cabinetry and premium natural quartz countertops. The master bedroom boasts Tommy Bahama furnishings and custom closets. King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom. The Guest Bedroom features 2 twin sized beds. A great option for 4 people, maximum. The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.

Gorgeous ocean front condo

Wow - this unit is amazing! We absolutely loved the set up - and the fresh air (no AC) was actually a positive for us. We loved having the constant ocean breeze blowing through with the sound of waves. We were never hot in the unit and we stayed in mid March. The kitchen is VERY well stocked which was so nice b/c we like to cook a little while there. One of the nicest units we have stayed at in Hawaii. Updated and clean, well laid out kitchen and floor plan. Highly recommend! We would absolutely stay there again!

Fabulous Oceanfront Paradise

We loved our stay here! We could have lived on the beautiful balcony where we watched whales every morning and afternoon—they were everywhere! We loved the central location and quiet complex. It had everything we needed. We traveled to different beaches every day, all within 20-30 min. Loved the shopping center across the street for dinner/shaved ice/ groceries. The condo was absolutely beautiful! Huge kitchen and living room with a huge couch. Bedrooms were great and two bathrooms were nice when we returned from the beach. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, cooler, and other beach tools. We stopped by the pool and it was clean and refreshing. Lots of grills around for guest use. Tennis courts looked nice too and some rackets were in the condo but we didn’t get over to play. Overall this was the perfect spot to enjoy Hawaii! Felt very luxurious.

12 wonderful days

1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure.

Beautiful oceanfront condo in south Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this unit at the Surf and Racquet club for 2 weeks and listened to the ocean from the moment we woke up each day until we fell asleep. The unit was well maintained, furnished and stocked. The club grounds are also well maintained and the pool/courts are very popular. This is our second time at this property and would not hesitate to stay there again

Spectacular on all counts

This is by far the best equipped place we have stayed from the kitchen to the sports closet stocked with snorkel gear, sunscreen, swim shoes, best beach towels, chairs, tent…washer dryer and they had spices, flour, oil, sugar, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The view is amazing and you fall asleep to the crashing waves. Delightful. October is perfect but there are times when the condo is toasty and has no ac BUT is not a deal breaker!!fabulous place! Completely renovated!

Amazing stay on Kona with the perfect home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super place to stay that had everything we needed. Well equiped for our week stay. Bedrooms were well appointed and suited our family with 2 grown adults in the second bedroom with plenty of room. It was lovely and well decorated and a breath of fresh air heading in there. We thought no air con might have been an issue but the fans and sea breeze we were almost cool at night. We would definitely stay here again - it had everything we needed and was close to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful vacation rental! From the minute we walked away we were blown away by the beautiful view! This property looks great in the pictures and did not disappoint. The condo is very spacious and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing every night. With screens on all the windows and patio doors and ample ceiling fans, the condo stayed at the perfect temperature (AC not required). We loved relaxing on the covered deck where there was lots of room for everyone. The complex was very well maintained, beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and lots to do. Knutson & assoc. were very pleasant to deal with and easy to reach if you had any questions or concerns, check in and out was very simple. There is a shopping area near that was very convenient and easy to access all the restaurants and shops along Ali'i drive. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this property - delightful!
