Nestled in the heart of historic Nevada City, this basement studio is a perfect opportunity to enjoy our beautiful little town and all that it has to offer. Located a few doors up from the Methodist Church, it provides a private setting with off street parking within the city limits. Walk to shops, restaurants, walking trails and more. Newly remodeled with a kitchen and private patio. There are a few steps to get to the studio with a step down at the entrance door. This space does have low ceilings with three natural light windows.

Host was very helpful and gave great suggestions. The accommodations were clean and very nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything is within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed her for A weekend in Nevada City to enjoy the Victorian Christmas!! The location is perfect! We could easily walk to everything downtown, the house is at the start of Victorian Christmas! We had our own place and it suit the needs of all 3 of us perfectly. We had everything we needed, we made some meals in the kitchen and it was even stocked with a few things we forgot! One of the biggest things was you have a parking spot! We didn’t even need to leave with a car cause everything was so super close! We brought our son with us and he slept easily in the couch. The couch is big enough for an adult to easily sleep on it too. Extra bedding was provided and blankets everywhere if needed. Hosts are super friendly and helped us with parking. And said to let us know if we needed anything. But we didn’t cause she provided it all. If you or your family ever wants to check out Victorian Christmas this would be the place to stay. It is so close that when we were downtown and had to use the restroom we just would walk back and use the one here. Perfect location with parking is GOLD!!!

Everything about this studio was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable, studio was well-stocked with everything we needed and location can't be beat!! The host was friendly and helpful. Studio was clean and quiet. Would love to come back and stay again sometime!

I loved the Broad Street Studio. It is so close to town, but also so private. It’s the perfect location and the owners of the property are lovely and kind. I was so happy with accommodations.

Charming studio with everything you need

Tina is a wonderful host! The studio is even better than the photos. Charming decor and also very functional… A suitcase stand! Hangers! The kitchenette did not lack anything and the bathroom was fully stocked with fluffy towels, a hairdryer, magnifying mirror etc… I felt safe and comfy as a solo traveller.

Excellent Location

We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. The steep driveway is not for the faint of heart if you drive a full size pick-up truck but once you've arrived it is an excellent location. Roomy studio and easy to walk a block into town. Recommend for agile adults due to the uneven brick walkway and tall entry door steps down into the studio. Loved the fireplace on our 2 December nights! Recommend including an event at the Foundry and dinner at the National Hotel. Hoping to return soon.

Great location!

Amazingly close to the downtown, and still easy to access hiking, Scotts Flat Lake, and anything else in Nevada City.
