The condo was the perfect long weekend stay for our family. The location is perfect and close to everything.It was very clean and well stocked with all of essentials . One suggestion would be to have a few more luggage racks to store our suitcases on.Thank you for your hospitality!

Great spot

Great, clean spot a short walk from everything in traverse! Spent a night here on our way through and had everything you need (clean, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, games for kids).

The place was clean and well stocked and the host was responsive. It’s a nice place for a short stay. Location was pretty good although a little far from downtown. There was a shuttle bus stop across the street to go downtown. The cherry festival was about 1.2 miles away. I like walking but some people do not, if they have mobility issues, or if the weather is not great.Of the two bedrooms only one is ensuite. The other bedroom is quite small, with no closet, and the bathroom is down the hall. Not my preference with two couples. The view from the living room and the bedrooms is of parking lots.

Perfect Spot!

We loved the location of this spot and we did not bring any children this time but they offered lots of thing such as high chair, pack and play, etc so would definitely stay again with kids. The rooms were clean and we had no issues during our stay.

Great place!!!

We had to make a trip to Traverse City for a family funeral Alex was so accommodating for us as we had to travel over 3 hours for arrival they allowed us to check in early prior to service to change the listing on VRBO was so accurate!! Would highly recommend this unit if you are traveling to the area very close to downtown and all the activities in Traverse city

Really cute/clean condo. Stayed here for a girls trip with 3 of us in total-very comfortable for that amt with the large king size bedroom & 2 bathrooms. The rooftop area was amazing-no one else used it while we were up there multiple times. Road noise wasn't bad at all in the unit. Hosts were super nice. Highly recommend this place; little bit further from the downtown area, but was able to easily obtain Ubers as needed.

Great Stay!!

We loved this 1st floor unit, great location… just a few minutes from downtown. We loved the modern open concept. Easy parking with an assigned spot. The building feels bright and new. Great Communication with the owner and always quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back and we look forward to our next stay.

Overall very clean property. Secure. Convenient to downtown Traverse City and Old Mission peninsula. Only downside was 1 parking spot allotted per unit.

The location was perfect for us and the condo was very nice and very quite. Neighbors were friendly and we could walk to town. Owner was very responsive. May I suggest some cleaning rags and supplies incase you spill something. There was nothing but paper towels.

Clean and comfortable and close to downtown

We had a group of 3 adults staying here for the Iceman bike race, and it worked out great for us. The bedrooms were both very comfortable and the kitchen provided us with all we needed. The information/instructions book that is in the condo proved very helpful for TV instructions, etc. One small thing to consider is that the 2nd bedroom does not have a closet. This did not impact us, but might be something to consider for other groups. We would definitely book here again.
