Prime World Cup spot!

This modern town home is:
- 3 blocks from light rail- a quick and easy train ride to the stadiums. Comes with a view!
Free/easy street parking. Sometimes a designated car parking spot may be available.
The space
Clean and cozy, three story town-home.

Master bedroom is on the 3rd floor (loft style), has a queen size bed. And guestroom is on the first floor and has a full size bed.

Both bedrooms have its own full bathroom. I can offer an inflatable mattress if requested.

Kitchen and living room is in the middle level. Go out in the balcony and enjoy the view reading a book or having a glass of wine.

There is a cute private patio that you can access from the guest room downstairs.

We had a quick week-end trip to Seattle and this place was perfect. Close to everything. Jorge was a very responsive host and helpful with suggestions for things to do!

This is an excellent find for anyone seeking a stay in Seattle. Jorge was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The house is conveniently located making it easily accessible to all the places you need to visit. The views were beautiful from the balcony and loft areas. I highly recommend this place!

Description and photos are accurate. Good location for easy access to downtown activities. We actually walked to the stadium, took around 25 minutes. Though I don’t recommend walking back as there is a steep hill. Bed and couch are at their life expectancy. Great communication and check in process. Had all the items we needed for our stay.

Beautiful townhouse. Loved the view. Very nice central location. Easy to get to everything. Jorge was great and communicated well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing easy stay. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks!

This location is incredible! We attended a football game at the Univ. of Washington and also a NFL game at Lumen Field. The light rail is an easy walk (less than 1/2 mile) and gives you access to nearly everything Seattle has to offer. And it’s only 6/day/person for unlimited rides. The townhouse was perfect for two couples with bedroom suites on the 1st and 3rd floors. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable walking at night. Pictures accurately reflect the finish of the house. Very well decorated and relaxing on the balcony and patio. Great water pressure in the showers and quality towels, linens, and soaps! Beds were very comfortable. Host coordinated very well for arrival and departure. Unit was very clean. Will definitely stay again if visiting Seattle!
