Eclectic studio in the heart of South Park!

Take it easy in this unique and tranquil getaway. The studio is through the our lush garden.. Our unit has a fully-stocked kitchen in a triplex. Enjoy a night on the rooftop pati or a short walk to several fantastic restaurants Bohemia is in a central location to Balboa Park or the San Diego Zoo., It is 15 minutes from airport, 18 minutes to beach. Looking forward to hosting your stay in San Diego. Parking is in the carport in the back of the unit.

Credit card fees are non refundable. 5% of your deposit will not be returned upon cancellation.
Please no shoes in the home.
No smoking on the premises.
No outside noise after 9pm please =)

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Choices for restaurants and coffee places everywhere, in a walkable neighborhood, make this rental a no-brainer. It’s clean, quiet, and communication with the host was quick and easy. There’s off street parking . Loved it!

We love south park and this apartment was close to it all. Very clean and well appointed. Major plus was a private garage for the car that alleviates looking for a spot! We didn't use the roof top patio but its available and an an easy walk up out the door from the apartment. Washer and Dryer right outside on the same floor was very convenient. Great spot for those wanting to be near San Diego and especially South Park. Highly recommended.

We had such a a wonderful time! The property manager was very kind and accommodating when possible! We always felt safe as all doors locked and they had cameras in multiple locations outside. The door locks were code accessible which was super convenient not having to carry and possibly lose an extra key. The VRBO, was quiet, private and incredibly cute, the photos do not do this place justice. If you are considering this place, stop thinking about it and just click "book", you will not regret it!

Ideal location for all you want to do in San Diego. Short drive to the beaches, Zoo, etc. Walkable, charming neighborhood to food and coffee. Good communication with host.

Charming spot with plenty of character

This place is in a great location, and the unit itself is charming. The decorations are wonderful, it's a super cozy spot with any amenities you need, and the host is friendly and very responsive. I can't wait to come back and stay again for a longer trip.

We had a great experience staying at this listing, the house is a great location with easy walking to plenty of nice bars, restaurants, and breakfast places. The house was clean and comfortable with nice views from the rooftop patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!

Laura takes pride in her VRBO. Clean, easy to access, carport very convenient for parking. Close to many attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. nicely equipped with items. Would definitely recommend.

Made the Trip

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for us. The host was so kind and thoughtful—she seriously provided everything we could’ve needed and was super quick to respond. We couldn’t stop talking about how great it was, and we’re 100% planning to come back. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great location, cute apartment

We’ve stayed in this property and unit with the prior owner and loved it. The current owner kept everything very similar, a bohemian decor, which made me love it before. The bed was super soft, which would have been up my alley before back problems. Now I would prefer a firmer mattress, but it was a nice bed with nice linens, so not any big problem. South Park is a great neighborhood; the shops are only a block and a half away. We ended up there on Vintage Store Day so there was music and fun stuff happening to explore. Great location!Aside from a weird payment glitch and ensuing confusion with VRBO where the VRBO fee was charged but not the property rental, our stay went really well. I definitely recommend this property.

Cute studio, wonderful location!

I stayed here with my 9 year old, and it was great! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals, and the neighborhood was adorable, and reasonably close to the zoo and beaches. We'll definitely be back!

5- STARS ALL THE WAY

Took a long weekend trip to spend time with some family in San Diego and found the perfect VRBO! The location was ideal, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had all the little extras that made our stay comfortable. Check-in was available promptly. The bed was cozy, and the rooftop deck was a nice touch for some quiet time. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting San Diego. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place in South Park

Great place to stay in South Park. Nice historic neighborhood and easy walk to South Park shops, restaurants, etc. Unit was clean and well equipped with everything i needed. Rooftop deck is also a great amenity. Easy communication with host.

Great spot that was quiet and peaceful. Watch out for cleaning fees, since it makes the stay somewhat overpriced.

Cute and comfy

Very clean and included every amenity you could ask for. Close to several restaurants and markets. Lots of space and we felt very much at home in this cute and comfy house. Bottled water and snacks welcome you to the property. Loved our stay.

Perfect!

Exactly as described. Very comfortable and well appointed with the basics. Shared carport space is limited though and usefulness depends on the size of the two cars sharing. But, there is street parking available and honestly it is where most homeowners in this neighborhood are parking their own cars. So your car is safe. Owner is nearby and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Will never stay anywhere else in SD!

My boyfriend and I have never really cared for other vacation rentals very much but this place was the best. It was so cute, in a great neighborhood, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. Next time we are in SD, we will definitely be booking this place to stay!
