You can watch the waves roll in from the unit inside or out. Nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and easy beach access.

Very nice apartment with beach decoration in a silent and very clean complex with pool, whirlpool and barbecue place. The beach is in front of the building and the view from the living room and balcony is amazing. Small shops and dining options are in walking distance. The landlord is very welcoming.

We have been to Imperial Beach Several times before. We love the area and loved this condo. Right on the ocean, quiet with beautiful views. A short walk to everything one would need.

A great choice

Excellent location with reviews just as shown and described. Good size, clean with volume ceilings. The quality of the furniture and especially the kitchen was excellent and important to us. The property overall was quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again when in the Coronado area.

Great condo with all the amenities one would need. Pool and hot tub were great - clean and perfect temperatures. Right in the beach, too! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic IB Getaway!

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding in IB on Saturday. Place was clean, bright, and was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of spaces to enjoy! We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee, nice walks around IB and visiting a local brewery and restaurants. Had beach chairs and everything you need if you want to enjoy the beach! Underground parking and elevator was appreciated and the views from this condo spectacular! We had a small problem after check in but owner quickly resolved for us. We will definitely be back! Thanks for providing a beautiful beach side condo!

Awesome condo

Loved this cute condo. Situated on a beautiful beach. Area around condo is nice and has great sidewalks for walking. The pier is fun to watch the fishermen and surfers. The condo is rocked nicely - lots of amenities provided. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Loved staying here

Great property with all amenities and a fantastic view

The instructions were easy to understand for the check in. There was ample space for 4 adults with games, kitchen items, and things for the beach. The house was well decorated to feel like home and had an AC, which helped with the warm and humid weather. The ocean view was amazing and felt so peaceful. Overall enjoyed the stay very much :)

Great Location

Property was clean, well maintained and comprehensively stocked with everything needed. Also fantastic location and views of the sea and sunsets. Lots of places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk of the flat with loads more just a short drive away. The only downside was the fact that we weren't allowed in the sea due to high bacteria levels, but that was affecting most of SD and outside the control of the property owners. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place and location but circumstances disappointed

Property is great, owner communicates well, it’s in a great location normally … but … extensive construction works were taking place both on the road outside and on the other side of the building. So loud construction noise from 8am-5pm which really disrupted our time. The condo complex was quite empty, I wonder if other owners knew about all the construction and were staying away as what should have been a peaceful place clearly wasn’t. Advice before booking … check the construction is finished! Otherwise all good and I’m sure we would have loved the place had it been quiet and normal. As Brits starting a California holiday and looking for a couple of days of chill time at the start, it was a little disappointing.

Fun times

This is our 2nd time staying and we were not disappointed. We all had a nice comfortable stay. My teenage kids really enjoyed walking down at the beach. The beach lifeguards warned not to go in the water due to contamination so we stood out but we still enjoyed being there. Thank you

Condo was very clean and inviting. Host thought of everything from a basket of sun products to basic kitchen essentials. Sets its self apart from other condos is this complex. Our favorite location thus far.
