Escape to this spacious 4-bed, 2-bath Las Vegas home, perfect for groups of 8-14! Located in a quiet neighborhood, this stylish retreat features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard oasis with a BBQ. Ideal for families or long-term stays, you're just a short drive from the Strip and Downtown. Enjoy comfort and convenience in your private Vegas home base.

After a day of adventure, return to the tranquility of your private home. Relax in the outdoor space, or simply unwind indoors while enjoying the amenities provided for your comfort. With its vibrant atmosphere, endless entertainment options, and convenient location, our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect base for your Las Vegas getaway.​​​​​​

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

This house was perfect for us. We only had 6 adults there. We each had our own bedroom and the house was clean the host was easy to deal with and we loved the kitchen

Perfect for what we needed

Comfortable home away from home

This was a comfortable home away from home, very roomy, dog friendly was a high priority for us with a nice backyard. The massage chair was a surprise bonus in the master bedroom. On our next visit to Las Vegas, we intend to stay here again.

If you’re looking for lots of room. This is the place. Super awesome large tv which my grandkids loved. The neighborhood was nice. Felt safe there. We enjoyed our visit.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The house was perfect for family members in a wheelchair and several over 65. A nice open space with perfect seating, a welcoming kitchen and accessible bedrooms.

Property was great for our event. It’s a little far away from the Vegas Strip, but for us it was right where we wanted to be, close to the Vegas motor speedway Also garage access was what we needed, many properties do not allow garage access as it is typically for owner use only Great stay, thank you

Beautiful and comfortable

Needed someplace to stay with extended family. We were anticipating 10 people, but turned out only 6 could make it. House was clean and super spacious. Host was easy to get in touch with and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Supplied accordingly to number of guest staying

Nice modern property. 14 guest for a week stay had lack of paper towels,toilet paper not enough towels or wash cloths supplies for only 3 guest. Contacted owner only sent paper towels.

Best ever!

Stayed 7 days to attend our son’s wedding with adult kids and grandchildren of various ages from teens to 7 month old. Home is beautiful, well kept and accommodated 14 of us. The neighborhood is lovely, safe and in a location close to everything we needed. We loved the “dormitory “ that sleeps 8 in double bunk beds. That was popular with the young cousins. Beds were comfortable, pantry was stocked well with pots, pans and dinner plates to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner. Communication with host was excellent and responses to questions were answered swiftly. Could not have found a nicer place to stay with family. Thank you for your the use of your lovely and very comfortable home.

Guys weekend at SEMA product show

Upon arrival one restroom had quarter roll of TP. Reached out to contact several times and were told someone would be by to restock, which never happened. Always should have at least one to two rolls of TP per bathroom. Otherwise yes would stay again.

Great location! Plenty of Room. Just missing a couple of items.

Wonderful stay - quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again in the fam if available. Just a few minor annoyances. Great location for my needs in N Las. Vegas. First off - no blender. First shirt term rental I’ve ever stayed at in over a decade without one. When contacting management they just replied with ‘we’re sorry’. Secondary - minimal cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish soap, etc in the kitchen. Finally, the floor didn’t seem to have been mopped in a while. And the house air filters were very dirty - not sure when they were last replaced. Hot water went out twice while I was there. Management was quick to respond the first time and had a plumber out the next day to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater. Pilot light went out again and infixed it again.
