Emerald Tower

Location of the property is great, right on the beach and close to the other amenities like a restaurants and some fun activities. But furniture little dated and wish will be better specially the master bedroom set.

I do not see that you called in to report any issues our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. Great location. Condo outdated. Bed needs replaced. Maybe we just prefer firmer mattress but didn’t sleep well. We enjoyed our stay due to location and beach was amazing. We only went to condo to sleep.

Location was great but could use a deep cleaning.

The location was great. Lots of good restaurants and the beach was beautiful. The condo was dirty. My granddaughter was crawling and we couldn’t put her down. Her hands and feet were black from the floor if we did. The furniture was very worn and outdated.
