We came down for my daughter’s wedding. The townhouse was steps from the beach. Very nice- clean, neat very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and stay.

Summer Reign reigns!! Five stars!

Fantastic place and great location on beach. Very nice accommodations, very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar with regular coffee pot and keurig, and loved the dual balconies directly on beach. We highly recommend and would stay there again. I would not recommend with small children due to steep stairs that are completely open on one side.

Easy peasy!

This was our 2nd trip to PCB. A couple of years ago, we stayed in a high rise - and had a wonderful time. But WOW - the ease of being able to walk right out on the beach was AMAZING! We have 2 girls - 9 and 7. Being able to walk back up for lunch made the day much easier. The condo had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again :)

I was a little disappointed

Location was good. Clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was stained and very uncomfortable. Parking was an issue. One larger parking spot doesn’t work well .

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. The only downside is that the bedrooms don't have tv's and there isnt enough room in the dining area and livingroom to seat 7 people total even though the property holds 9 people. Its a little cramped but we made it work. There are plenty of chairs outside and you just can't beat the location. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Also there is an outside shower and hose to wash off sand and salt which came in very handy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The sofa sleeper needs a large blanket for the guest instead of a throw blanket. The views are absolutely the best. You cant hear anything outside once the doors are closed and that's suprising considering how loud the waves are. We had no problem parking a truck and van in the lot.

Gross and dirty, management never replied

Immediately after walking through the property we noticed dirty stains on furniture, hair on couch, mold in drains, etc. I took pictures immediately and asked to have place cleaned. Never happened. I am still waiting for action to be taken. Also cable box did not work first 2 nights. Access to beach is the best feature of property, rest is gross.

Great location but major housekeeping issues

We loved the location. The beach and proximity to attractions was amazing. However, there were some major cleaning issues. Black mold growing around all of the air conditioning vents, long black hairs in all of the showers and bathrooms, hair and food in the pull out couch, no linens for the pull out (which were never provided even after requesting from the management team). We spent the majority of our first day there cleaning and vacuuming the house (the sliding doors were so full of sand we could barely open them). On the second night my son, who has asthma, developed a bad cough and by morning it was so bad we ended up in the emergency room. We told the doctor about the mold and we were told it was likely a contributing factor to his respiratory issues. He ended up with pneumonia. Our entire family had a terrible cough by the time our stay was up. We did call maintenance about the mold and cleaning issues on the first full day of our stay. Maintenance came by a few hours later and sprayed around the vents to clean them, but I know it had to still be in the vents, they didn’t clean in there. Housekeeping never came to clean the couches or provide bedding. The throw blankets were also all very dirty and we ended up doing several loads of the house blankets and linens on our own. It was overall a very difficult trip due to housekeeping negligence.
