Just 70 feet from the sand, this spacious Mission Beach property is the perfect coastal getaway for large families and groups looking to stay together while enjoying plenty of room to spread out. By far, this is the best location in Mission Beach, close to all!
The home features two separate levels, rented together as one private property, offering a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Enjoy a private courtyard complete with two BBQ grills, and ample seating. Three parking spaces included!

The upper level includes:
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Bright, comfortable living spaces, look out deck.

The lower level includes:
2 bedrooms
2 bathrooms

Ideal extra space for extended family or multiple families traveling together.

We have everything you will need for your stay: pack n plays, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels!

Everything about the property was excellent The condo itself was well supplied with towels, toiletries, beach toys, and anything else that adults or your grandchildren would want. What a great place to stay. Host was amazing. House had everything we needed and we were literally steps from the beach! We did not want our trip to end. We highly recommend this house. As a side note, house location was very centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Zoo, Sea World, La Jolla and Midway museum

Amazing stay!

The property was beautiful and really nicely decorated. Everything was clean. We were 20 steps from the beach and so close to great restaurants. Beds were so comfy. It was a really great stay!!

Perfect location!

Girls trip for 4! Super cute, clean, and comfortable cottage nestled in perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, eateries and Belmont Park. The beds were so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in years! Shampoo, conditioner & bodywash provided. I would stay here again!

Great location

The location was wonderful, so close to the beach that you could see it. The patio was great for having dinner and a drink. The coffee shop a block away was amazing and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants but not be so close that it was loud. Great stay. Would stay again.

Cozy cottage living

We loved our stay in Mission Beach in the cute cottage with the red door. Close proximity to path and beach made it so fun to walk for coffee and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are great! It’s perfect for a couple or a family of 4!

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The decorations in each room enhanced the beach vibe. Erin is a kind and gracious host - we were greeted with a snack basket and a personalized sign. The location is awesome, too! We hope to come back someday!

70 feet from the sand, 5 minute walk to Belmont Park, 15 minutes from the airport and Petco Park, whats not to love!? Our property is centrally locatated making it an ideal spot if wanting to explore all that San Diego has to offer. Located on a quiet court, enjoy peaceful evenings. Additionally, there nightlife, coffee shops and great restaraunts within walking distance.

Steps from the sand, perfect location, updated interior, three covered parking spaces. We set up the beach house exactly as we would want it if we were vacationing by the beach. We have sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and umbrellas. Books and games available as well. Air conditioning for the warmest days of summer!
