We enjoyed our stay!Great house if you have a boat and want to be able to keep it at dock for going out into Gulf-easy access but have to go under a low bridge; boat ramp at Anclote isn’t far. Nice modern inside, very clean, nice appliances. Nice screened in porch for eating breakfast and watching the birds that visit. Communication with host was very good, prompt. Very good for a family and we would rent again. Could use some additional comfy seating in tv room. No ceiling fans so could use some additional box or standing fans (there was one)

Family wedding Getaway

Very nice property. We loved having the canal in the backyard. Neighborhood was quiet. Convenient to grocery, eating out and not far from State Park beaches. We enjoyed Honeymoon Island for walking and shells.

Great for a girl's weekend

Perfect for our weekend get away! The beds were comfortable and the couch was great. If you like to cuddle up with an extra blanket, make sure to pack one. The house only had one other than the blankets on the beds. Mexican restaurant near by was awesome.

The Key family vacation

The property was very clean and well taken care of. The listing discerption was very accurate. We had a small plumbing issue at the beginning of our stay and the host took care of it right away and was very informative during the whole process. We will be looking to stay at this property in the future during our travels to Florida.

Beautiful roomy home on the water

We loved the area, vey quiet. The house has an open floor plan, which we lived. The master bathroom is very nice, spacious, two sinks, and two shower heads. House was furnished with everything we needed. Appliances were top notch. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had. We were able to tie our boat to their dock.

Absolutely beautiful!

What a beautiful spot. Right on the water. Went to see Blue Jays spring training training at Dunedin. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time, the house really is amazing for the price.Three bedrooms with 2 king beds and a queen. Also has two washrooms. Highly recommend for couples or families.

Three Big Beds

Hard to find a place with three queen or larger beds. Very nice house. Only complaint is one of the bedrooms is extremely bright in the morning making it hard to sleep in. There are two bathrooms but one of them is very small.

My family, friends and I stayed there for scalloping for a few days . We had a fantastic time for all 6 of us and a dog. We had plenty of room as to not feel on top of each other. My friends most liked the kitchen. They are big into cooking and family dinner, and we did just that for 3 nights. I loved the enclosed porch with the table. We found ourself hanging out there every mornings with coffee and evenings with a beer, just chatting away. The access to the open water was easy (do watch for the tide to see if you pass under the bridge :)). The boat ramp is only a few blocks away and that s a big plus. We are planning on making this an annual little get-away, and i would feel really happy to rent that house again . Thank you for having us :)

Easter vacay

House was nice, however, we found hair balls attached to the broken door stop in the bathroom by the garage upon entering the property as well as mice feces in several cabinets and silverware drawer. Also, the welcome paper mentioned a tv in both king rooms but only one bedroom had a tv. Also, the overhead light and fan in the bedroom by the dining room didnt work, some outlets in that bedroom didnt work. Dock needs repair work to the ramp as it is coming loose from the dock. The kitchen exhaust hood light didnt work. Main hallway bathroom had a terrible odor that we couldnt get rid of during our stay. Febreze didnt help either. Screen door is dangerous the way it slams shut, little kids could get their fingers hurt from the force of it slamming.

Opened too early after storm restoration remodeling

This property was fully remodeled from damage suffered from the previous hurricane season. The owners used the remodeling opportunity to re-configure the space and upgrade design finishes. This attention to the framework, is quite beautiful, as is the setting of the home. We chose this property for its amenities, as described in the listing, and its proximity to family. It was not as described. The kitchen is not outfitted with the basics for ease of use. The pots and frying pans were in very rough shape. There were no measuring cups & spoons, or bakeware, and few appropriate utensils. No oils, not even salt and pepper or basic spices. It required us to buy cookware, bakeware, some utensils, and basic cooking supplies normally considered base.Listing issues: •No bikes•TVs not working•Grill rusted outThere seems to be a systemic informational disconnect between owner & VRBO. Key code asked for repeatedly.We contacted owners who came three to four times to solve a series of issues: They brought pots, pans, colanders, bowls, towels, resolved TV connections, repaired table leg, & installed a new toilet. We appreciated the attention to address so many needs. It was quite an unsettling start to our stay, effecting our plans. Construction evidence throughout the home, suggests no thorough post-remodeling cleanup. We have empathy for the loss & investment needed to recover. All the details, as posted, were just not there yet or up to quality.
