CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in - website cancellation policy only.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place "front of the house, facing the driveway," so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

The property was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and all amenities. Really responsive and helpful hosts. We really loved our stay!

Trip to San Francisco

Took our family of 6 on a summer trip to San Francisco. House was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Communication between the owner was great and instructions were clear and very helpful. Would stay here again!

Great stay

The property was clean and met our needs. The property manager was responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils which I really appreciated as we like to cook in while on the road.

Nice house in Pacifica

We enjoyed this house very much. The three rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is small but functional and everything was very clean. We did have to report that the house smelled of cigarette smoke. Communication with the property manager was fine, although a telephone number would have been helpful. Note the key pad is on the door and not the lock boxes on the porch.I would stay here again as it was an excellent location and had everything we needed.

This place is the perfect location! So close to everything. This is a stand alone house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were 3 women and felt very safe. The house is super clean. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom small but serves the purpose. The shower nice and the water pressure good. The only thing that I would suggest to the owners would be to give the living room a little more of a cozy feel. I would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful Safe Home, limited kitchen

Beautiful home, felt very safe. Plenty of people walking dogs at all times of day. Close to the beach but not the cleanest beach. Not a far drive to get to a nicer beach further south or to san francisco. Loved having laundry facilities. Limited kitchen, only 6 plates. Fire alarm went off once in the middle of the night and sprinklers were broken.

Great place - saved our trip!

This home was perfect for our family of four, which we were lucky to reserve on short notice when Southwest Airlines abandoned us in Sacramento so we drove down to try a "Plan B" vacation in San Fran area. The host/property manager was super-responsive particularly given that we reserved the night before and we were well prepared for getting to and accessing the property. This really saved our trip and the home is very nice and in a relaxing Pacifica neighborhood, with some stunning Pacific Coast scenic views very close by. It was nice to be close enough to visit San Fran without having to actually stay in the city. The home is very comfortable and everything has a very newly re-modeled feel to it and we very much enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here and in this part of the larger San Fran area again.

Nice location, frustrating rental

This is our second time staying in a Marbella rental, and this will be the last time. The check-in process was laborious, inconvenient and confusing. There was no local host when we arrived. Very basic things lacking like a can opener. After much back and forth with remote personnel - again laborious and time consuming communication, we were told to supply our own kitchen supplies and then send a receipt. I am still waiting for a refund. Marbella is a slimy corporation and they should not be in business.

Beautiful Home, Great Location by the Beach

Check in was easy, home was very clean and spacious. We loved the decor, bedrooms, and backyard. It was three adults and my one year old daughter was with us. The location is an excellent distance from the grocery restaurants, starbucks, starbread bakery! I took a walk from the house to starbucks one morning with my baby and it was a very safe and short stroll through the beautiful quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had is the ceiling fan did not work with the remote in the dining room, I emailed the property management team and they said they recommend me contacting the through the booking because they could not control the AC. The AC was also a pain because it seems to be preprogrammed to be on either heat, emergency heat, or heat and cooling. We did not need it to be on all night alternating between cooling and heating … it was very extreme. Either too hot or too cold . Other than that it was a nice little vacation for us and we enjoyed it.

The company made our vacation disappointing & uncomfortable after having spent approximately 2000 . Was my first and last time renting from VRBO. Asked for a picture with me holding my drivers license and visa card twice. Instructions were complicated , demanding & confusing, they refused to provide me the address of the rental & the instructions for entry until 2 hours before lodging. When one is juggling flights of 2 separate groups, rental car, delayed flights, one feels uncomfortable not having concrete details on the lodging. After paying and getting through the initial phase, I received threatening messages asking that i report any visitors coming to the rental at any time. My reason for making this trip was specifically to visit my Son, daughter in law & granddaughter. Told that cameras were in place to monitor and that we would BE EVICTED if others came to visit! IT WAS HORRIBLE!! In all my years of renting from other welcoming sites, I was NEVER TREATED IN a DISRESPECTFUL FASHION. I also called the CA DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES who STATED THAT DISTRIBUTING COPIES OF MY LICENSE WAS NOT RECOMMENDED as IT MAKES ONE VULNERABLE TO IDENTITY THEFT. VRBO already had my & info.The rental smelled , pillows uncomfortably , lnchairs dirty. No blankets -I selected the house because it had a small back yard & was not kept. Long grass-we were unable to walk on it.House & neughborhood mediocre. City worked on street daily-loud drilling next to house caused me headaches.

Cute house in Pacifica

We enjoyed our stay here. It was recently remodeled inside and the accommodations were very nice. Comfortable bed. It might be a little crowded for more than 2 couples because there is only one small bathroom. The only issue we had was with the management company. Our flight arrived at 1 pm and friends picked us up at airport to take us to the property. I inquired about checking in a little early(check in was 4) and was told they had to check with housekeepers to make sure it was ready. A second message from management said they were unable to contact the housekeeper so our friends took us by the house. It was obviously empty and ready. It was 2 pm. I again asked about early checkin and was informed we could do so for an additional fee. We were shocked! We were only 2 hours early and management had never mentioned a fee for early arrival. This was a great inconvenience for our friends who ending up taking us to their house, 30 minutes away, and bringing us back later. We have stayed at VRBO rentals before and hosts have always been very accommodating of an early arrival of an hour or two. If we had been informed from the beginning that there would be additional fees, we could have saved everyone a lot of trouble.

Linda Mar House

House is in a great neighborhood close to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. Close to downtown San Francisco and Half Moon Bay for easy day trips. The house was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed sitting outside watching sunsets and enjoying the cool weather. Backyard was in need of attention during our stay, grass was way overgrown. Kitchen was lacking in some basic utensils but we made it work. Please note the strict house rules when booking.
