South Beach is an 18-minute drive away and Aventura Mall is only 5 minutes away.

Please note the following information:
-RESORT RATE: Flat rate of $40 USD per night (not per person).
-PARKING FEE: Valet parking fees vary depending on the length of your stay, as follows:
1 to 7 days: $35 USD per day.
8+ days: $30 USD per day.
-SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, a $250 USD security deposit will be held on your credit card.

-BEACH SERVICE: Each room has 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels, free of charge. For additional chairs available, contact the area manager.
Beach access is temporarily moved to a nearby beach service (within walking distance), where guests receive their umbrella, chairs, and towels.

-CLEANING: The final cleaning fee is included in the price. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a $99 USD fee.

-AMENITIES ARE COMPLIMENTARY and provided once per reservation. After that, you will need to provide your own toiletries and grooming items. Convenience stores are located within walking distance of the hotel (Seven Eleven, Walmart, Walgreens, Publix).
