This was the best place I have ever stayed in on the beach super clean and peaceful not an over crowded beach nice quiet area and you can see the pier down the beach will totally be back.

Its hard to tell from pics how close you actually are to the beach. From the beachside door it's about 30ft to the short boardwalk that takes you to beach. We didn't pack coolers for drinks & food because it was so close. The views were beautiful & the sunrise each morning from the balcony was spectacular! Loved everything about the place!!

Property was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable. We love the view and easy access to the gulf. It is managed by a per data realty company that was very responsive and helpful.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful weekend stay for Memorial Day. Our son and DIL are pilots and currently stationed at Camp Pendeleton, CA. Our DIL was sent to NAS Pensacola for a month of training, so we took advantage of her being "so close" ( we are from MS) , and all gathered on the beach. The place was beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and we got a bonus Blue Angels fly by while eating outside! The weather was perfect and sweet memoires were made!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Everyone had plenty of room to be on their own or together for games! Fantastic full ocean view!! Conveniently located to restaurants, activities and shopping.

Paradise on Pensacola Beach

If you want to quiet place to relax right on Pensacola Beach, this is the place. Feel the sea breeze, listen to the waves crashing on the beach, take a walk on the beach and pick up sea shells, swim in the ocean. The location is perfect, close to everything. We had a great experience.

Great spot on the Panhandle

White Sands is a terrific location at one of the more peaceful spots on the Florida Panhandle. The condo was very clean and well kept, the management company was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location

Walk right out to the beach. Beautiful sunsets & sunrises. Plenty of room for our family & a well equipped kitchen. It does need quiet a bit of maintenance from doors to grill. It is quite dated but you cannot beat the beach location & management was very responsive

White Sands doesn't disappoint...

The location is amazing....even when all the condos are full, the beach isn't. Condo has everything you need for a great stay - coffee maker (with filters), Kuerig coffee machine (if you're into that), coffee bean grinders, plenty of pots / pans / dishes / cups. The bar fridge is also a nice touch to keep the main fridge open for all the food. We've been coming to White Sands for over 10 years....feels like a second home - thanks for the memories!

The perfect place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pensacola beach! The condo was perfect to accommodate my elderly father and my siblings and I. We shared wonderful memories, played cards and cribbage and ate lots of seafood! The deck was perfect for our father to hear the waves and look at the ocean, while others had easy access to walk the beach, swim and fish. We also saw dolphins twice! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful condo! It was an incredible location with views and access to everything!

Great Choice for Family

This property has it all. You get everything that is in this listing. Pictures are 💯 accurate. We had a family of 8, with plenty of extra space. The only downside is the living room couches are pretty small so it's not very comfortable to spend time watching a movie. I would still give it 5 stars though.
