[Minut Noise Sensor] - This unit comes equipped with a Minut noise sensor. If you are too loud during your stay, you will receive an automatic message through Airbnb. If you remain too loud, the Minut noise sensor will begin to alarm and flash. The purpose of the sensor is to make sure you do not disturb neighbors.

[Keyless Entry] - No keys to lose or return! This unit provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key for the duration of your stay. The building's front door can be unlocked by entering a code. These will be provided through Airbnb after booking.
