Whether you want to walk along the Gulf of Mexico’s pristine white sand beaches or sit comfortably on your private patio and watch the sunset over Eastern Lake AND the Gulf!! This condo is for you! You can enjoy an open concept living/dining combination, fully equipped kitchen, large master (king) bedroom with private bathroom, two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom and a fully functional laundry room with washer and dryer. Beachside Villas incredible amenities include 2 pools (1 seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, grilling areas, clubhouse and a boardwalk to the beach.
Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, you will enjoy access to the 17-mile bike trail along Scenic 30A. If you enjoy nature you are only a short walk from the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park where you will be surrounded by 1,700 acres of walking trails, a beautiful wildlife sanctuary and picturesque scenery. This secluded beach area is always worth a visit!
