Nice place, close to university
Nice clean home, very comfortable porch. 10 minute walk to university, 10 minutes to walk to the heart of 4th avenue. Property owner was extremely nice.

Charming, comfortable and convenient!
We loved this charming house. Very convenient location close to downtown and university. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at sunset. The beds are comfortable and kitchen nicely appointed. All the comforts of home in an historic old Tucson setting. Our host, Marcus, is 5-star - gracious and responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Cute and rustic
This property was amazing and it was so cute and rustic. I loved the little details such as the deep tub and the amazing location close to down town.

Charming house in a convenient location
We were close to the university and restaurants we wanted, and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is so much better than what we remember from 20 years ago. Clean and quiet, with nice parks around. Comfortable beds in a clean house with wonderful details.

I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic West University property is conveniently 6 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona and about 10 mintues walking distance to nearby shopping on 4th Avenue, local family restaurants near and Downtown city center, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round.

The property is centrally located with a lovely rear courtyard and a patio table and chairs to accomodate sitting (up to 6). A gas BBQ for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Located 5 minutes by car to The Tucson Convention Center and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy during your vacation.
