Sun, Golf & Gulf in Paradise

Please note. This unit only has one rental per year. All previous guests came directly, not through VRBO, which is why there are no reviews. Returning guest for 2025, had to cancel for health reasons. This is a beautiful unit, anyone staying will not be disappointed. Owner will accept just March but ideally wanting at least 6 weeks.
This 2nd floor, end of unit condo, is beautifully decorated and offers fabulous views of lakes, wildlife and the golf course beyond. Upon entering you will be impressed. The Foyer offers direct access to kitchen, living room and utility room. The bedrooms are located at front and rear of the property and the den between off of the living area. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands and dresser. There is also a wall mounted TV for early to bed nights or lazy mornings. The ensuite features a marble topped vanity, walk in shower & WC. There is also a good-sized closet in the bedroom. Bedroom 2 is set up with a queen bed, nightstand and dresser and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom. The den features a separate sofa and desk area. The living area is light, bright and features comfortable sofas where you can relax to watch television or enjoy the views through the sliding patio doors. The kitchen has maple cabinetry and granite counters and comes equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect. There are currently two sit down dining options. The nook area is at rear of the kitchen and the more formal dining area in front. The breakfast bar offers another alternative eating zone. The lanai is equipped with relaxing furniture where you can relax and enjoy the views on offer. Being on the 2nd floor (serviced by communal elevator and stairs) offers fabulous views. Just a short walk takes you to one of the community's satellite pools. Guests staying for longer periods (ask for details) can also benefit from the transfer of the River Strand golf and social membership. It is a fantastic facility, featuring 27 holes of golf, floodlit tennis, pickleball, lounge pool/spa and tiki bar. Inside the main clubhouse you will find a library, gym and have a delicious menu to choose from at the restaurant.
