Welcome to Four Winds 104—an inviting, beautifully updated 1-bedroom + bunk alcove, 1-bath ground-level beachfront condo in the heart of Orange Beach. With dining, entertainment, and attractions just steps away, this Gulf-front retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning coastal scenery. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this condo sets the stage for an unforgettable beach escape.

Step inside and unwind in the welcoming living area, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun. Kids will love the built-in twin-over-twin junior bunk in the hallway, giving everyone a cozy place to recharge. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added comfort throughout your stay. The primary bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy, home-cooked meals. When you're ready for fresh air, step out onto your private ground-level patio—the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, or an evening glass of wine while the sunlight dances across the Gulf.

With restaurants just across the street and only 36 units in the building, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere—no long elevator waits and effortless access to the pool and beach.

The Four Winds complex features excellent amenities, including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Great Property

This is a wonderful property! Location, views, and the proximity/access to the beach were perfect! It was spacious and nicely decorated. My husband and I both agreed that we will keep this property in our "go to" when back in the Gulf Shores area. Only one (minor) draw-back is the slamming of the pool area gate - this is, of course, not a criticism of the condo (people just didn't realize it closed so easily and loudly). A soft-close or cushion on the gate would be ideal - it's just startling and annoying those times you are on the patio. Other than that small issue, it was perfect for our family!

Fantastic

Check in was so easy. All access codes provided quickly. Clean and comfy. Loved how close to the beach it was. No issues with noise. Highly recommend. Pictures are exactly what you get.

Pretty condo, love the ground floor, few issues with trying to sleep and too many noises.

This condo is super cute. We loved that it was on the ground floor so the kids can swim in the pool while we sit on the porch. But the hot tub was cold and the jets didn’t work. Trying to sleep in room 104 is almost impossible so just a heads up. The dumpster is literally right outside the front door of this room and every morning before daylight the garbage truck is coming to dump it so forget sleeping in.

Nice little condo

We arrived and the place was perfect. It was right by the pool and not a far walking distance from your car. We really enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach from our room. A bonus were the bunk beds, my kids loved them. I would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for a family of 5.

Great location

We loved the easy access with being in the first floor and also having a short boardwalk to the beach. Only complaint is the lack of storage space for beach stuff and clothing.

Great— but noisy

Loved everything about our stay; location, cleanliness, convenience, beach front. Only complaint, is the noise in bedroom while trying to sleep. Constant banging of pipes, flushing of toilets???? Not sure what it was but it sounded like we were in middle of storm.

Last vacation before School.

We as a family was pleased with our stay. Great views from our stay. Loved the closeness to the beach ⛱️. Loved that fact we could enjoy the pool, only exception that the pool lady showed upthe last two day of our stay .I diffently would be coming back.

A Good Winter Vacation Rental

The location of this rental is lovely- moments from the beach, a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Just the two of us- we stayed here 5 days. It seems that many of the other tenants come for a month or more each year. The king bed was very comfortable although we needed extra blankets for cold nights. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils & pots; make certain to take your own trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods, etc. as they provide the minimum to get you started. We didn't use the pool or hot tub because they didn't seem to be heated. The outdoor patio provided a nice private space for us to sit, read, have a snack. The sunsets are spectacular.

Location! Location! Location!

We absolutely loved the condo and location. Everything was so nice and pretty and close to the sand. We will definitely be back. The dishwasher does not close well nor does the freezer. Also it needs a few more coffee cups and silverware . Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
