Spacious and fully furnished apartment in historical Germantown neighborhood. Just a mile from downtown and The Ky Bourbon Trail. Germantown is one of the best places to live in Louisville with trendy bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Your fully furnished and updated apartment boasts nearly 1,000 square feet of space. The living room is a showplace with built-in bookcases, exposed brick fireplace, hardwood floors and a huge Tiffany light. Relax in the sectional coach to watch the 60" flatscreen T.V. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with an abundance of cabinets. All new kitchenware and cookware are still in the boxes. Enjoy eating at the vintage dining table. The large bed room has one or two queen size beds depending if you have a travel companion. There are 2 large closets and a dresser to accommodate your wardrobe . The bathroom has a nicely tiled tub/shower, with a large vanity filled with new towels and wash cloths. This unique apartment has a wonderful warm feel with exposed brick throughout and lots of natural light. The washer and dryer is conveniently located directly off the kitchen. Well lit security entry door in a safe neighborhood. Enjoy your stay on the second floor of this historical building with lots of character.

This one bedroom apartment offers over 1,000 square feet of space. Tastefully renovated with the charm of the historical building and the modern amenities expected when traveling. Comfortable and inviting is the feel you get when sitting in the living room. The kitchen is a chief's dream with an abundance of cabinets, gas stove and new cookware. The queen beds are exceptionally comfortable adorned with 800 count sheets and a Down Comforter. Laundry is conveniently located directly off the kitchen. The bath has decorative tiled walls, large vanity and a linen closet. Exposed brick walls and tall ceilings reminiscent of the style of home built in the late 1800's
