This home makes a great vacation rental due to its location West of the Trail and only 0.9 miles to the beach. Many great restaurants and shops are close enough to walk. It is centrally located on the Gulf Coast only 10 minutes south of Sarasota and very close to Osprey, Venice and Englewood, about 30 min to Pt Charlotte and 50 min to Cape Coral / Ft Myers. This area and home did not get damage from hurricane Ian and the home is all newly renovated and updated with all new furnishings and electronics. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers are on site and the home is well stocked for a comfortable stay. Laundry is on site and indoors.

This is half a duplex, privately spaced from the other side, but if an additional space is needed or you wanted to winter with family or friends the 1/1 sleeps 2 comfortably. Listing # 3155367 to book unit B.

Great Property!

Ken is an excellent host, super nice to talk to and quick to reply. The property is brand new and in a great location - within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fun in the sun!

This duplex was a fantastic place for me, my wife, my son, and his wife over Thanksgiving. It's in a terrific location, convenient to the beach, shopping, and downtown Venice. The place is modern, well appointed, clean, spacious, and really comfortable - and we really appreciate that they allow pets! The owner is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

wonderful beach getaway

The property was very clean. We were furnished with everything we needed: towels, linens, paper products, kitchen utensils, and even spices. We enjoyed being close to Nokomis Beach and the Legacy Bike Trail. Our host responded immediately to all questions or needs we had. We had a wonderful vacation!

A True GEM

The house was in a perfect location. Walk across the bridge and Nokomis Sunset Hut is right there or across the street Captain Eddie's, for seafood lovers it is perfect. The house was spotless with every little kitchen gadget we needed. Ken was the best host we have ever had through VRBO. We would not hesitate to rent it again or suggest it to friends and relatives.

I do not live on site, both sides of this duplex are vacation rentals, but I am relatively close if needed.

Being a duplex, this home can be rented one side or both sides. The second side is a 1/1 with futon in living room so can sleep 2 plus guest. It's 1 full bath, full kitchen, living room and office and can be seen at listing number on this site. Ideal for friends or family wanting to both come down but have separate space. The units don't join anywhere so are completely separate (so kids would need adults on each side for example).
Coastal contemporary design and light and bright inside. Well stocked, with tv in each room, and designed for your comfort and enjoyment while you relax in your home away from home in the sunshine.
