Watch for dolphins as you sip coffee on the private balcony in the morning ... soak up the pinkish-blue skies as the sun sets over the beach in the evening... now THAT'S A VACATION!
This REMODELED beautiful 2-bedroom unit sleeps six and offers a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway--at a great price! Island Princess 614 offers a stunning sixth-floor beach view in a wonderful complex on Okaloosa Island. This home offers a king-sized bed in the master suite, which has direct access to the balcony and a full view of the emerald waters along the coast. The guest room also has its own bathroom and sleeps two with a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
We also manage three adjacent Island Princess condos (612, 613 and 615) if you need to plan for a large gathering or special event like a wedding, family reunion, or graduation celebration.
Beach Amenities: No Hidden Surprises!! Your stay includes two complimentary beach chairs & an umbrella provided by a professional service--a MUST for a relaxing stay at the beach. There's no better way to enjoy lounging in the sun and viewing the surf. (Seasonal service available daily March through October.)

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was literally right outside the window and patio doors! The weather was very hot and humid so we spent a good amount of our time at the condo enjoying the view, and just relaxing.The place has everything you would need at home! It was very clean, the AC was ice cold and the view was breathtaking! Cable TV and streaming apps are on all of the tvs!

Significant peeling paint in master bath. Virtually no cleaning supplies. Otherwise unit was fairly nice, having been remodeled. Unrelated but elevator right outside the door was broken.

My husband and I traveled from Kentucky for our anniversary and my birthday! The check in was very smooth and the host was excellent about communication. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was stunning and the beach front access exactly what we were needing. We hope to stay here again in the future!!

Only thing I would suggest is to add a shower mat to the 2nd bath. My 75 year old mother in law fell in the shower because the bottom is so slick. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

Beautiful, clean condo with gorgeous ocean views! The entire property was clean and well-maintained. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean, and open late! Condo was spacious and had everything we needed plus more! Ocean is steps away, sand is sugar-soft and the beach chairs/umbrella were perfect every day! Host was very communicative. Easy parking. Quiet, family friendly place. We’ve stayed in this complex twice, and would definitely return to this unit again!

When we arrived it was not communicated to use that the elevator outside our room was out of order. We had several issues with just the one elevator working with so many guests needing to use it and it would not stop on the correct floor and it’s very hot. Also the condo could use some updating. The blind in the guest bedroom is broken, ice maker was broken, coffee pot lid was broken, and something was spilled on the entertainment center that had not been cleaned off. Master bedroom bathroom the paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling in the shower. I would also recommend a shower mat for the guest bath tub since the tub is very slick. Also blackout curtains for the master bedroom over the blind so the sun light isn’t coming in at 6am. Over all the condo was clean and it has easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Wonderful beach week

The condo was perfect, it was clean and roomy. The view was awesome. We loved sitting on the balcony and having breakfast each morning. Access to the pool and beach were convenient. We will definitely be back.

Lovely condo

Enjoyed the stay. Weather did not cooperate so we stayed in most of the time. The room could use an upgrade on pots and pans in the kitchen but we fot the job done. All in all, it was a nice getaway

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was very nice with a beachy theme. The balcony view was perfect. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. The unit was roomy enough for our family of four adults. Getting the chairs and umbrella that come with the room was very easy. Communication with the host was timely and friendly. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Quick trip

We stayed here for our daughters dance nationals competition. The balconies where inaccessible due to refurbishment however we knew upon booking. Overall property is average to above average stay.

Thanks for the feedback, Lauren! I certainly wish we could forecast drain leaks and, more importantly, have rapid solutions to these types of sometimes, we do. Unfortunately, with this particular situation, the shower in 614 has to be removed to fix the issue. We attempted a temporary fix, which would have allowed you to use the shower, but unfortunately that fix failed. After consultation with the plumbers working on the issue, it was determined nothing could be done other than remove the shower. We found out that the interim repair didn't work literally minutes before you were sent the door code. We notified you as soon as it became apparent that the shower wouldn't be available. Again, we are terribly sorry for the unavoidable inconvenience. We are delighted that you enjoyed the room and the view! WE hope to have you back again soon!
