This house is adorable. It feels secluded even though you're in town because there is a ranch behind and on one side of the house. It has a cool back porch too. The hot tub was nice for 2 people. Comfy beds and had everything we needed they had. Great pet friendly place. Very clean ! Would go stay there again.

Very clean, great location and pet friendly. Quiet and plenty of privacy to relax with morning coffee on the porch or enjoying wine in the hot tub after a long day of shopping and walking through all the vineyards. Will definitely visit and stay again.

Loved the house. Very clean. The location of the house is at an end of a neighborhood. Very quiet. The patio in the backyard is nice and relaxing along with the hot tub. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect property for a quick getaway! My dog loved it too. Super quiet and relaxing. Beds are also super comfortable! The details in this one were spot on! Will return for a repeat stay soon!

Very quiet neighborhood and lovely house!

Such a cute house! Loved all of the decor and special touches! Very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We saw deer in the yard at night!! Such a relaxing trip! The owners were prompt to respond and so easy to work with.Highly recommend this property!!

Prime spot and beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location which is near to all the prime spots. The car charger was an added bonus for us. Saved us some gas money moving around towns within Fredericksburg. Highly recommend!

Anniversary/Birthday Trip

What a precious cottage! The sitting area outside was so nice and what a beautiful country view! The bedding was all great quality and comfy! We enjoyed our stay very much so! Location is great as well being right there in town a few blocks from Main st. The little house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Short weekend

Great rental. As advertised. Everything worked. Nice outdoor sitting area. Quietly at the end of the steet. Good bed. The one bathroom is conveniently between the bedrooms. Would rent again.

AC was poor at best. Dog barking

A/C was pretty bad, barely would cool the place.Thermostat was very difficult to work with. Even after watching the video twice. Neighbors dog would start barking about 7am every morning and bark nonstop till way past 10am. Yard was not taken care of. Hot tub was nice.
