Alaskan home with views of Denali.

Private two story home located not far out of the town of Wasilla on an acre. Garage parking not available, please see disclaimer below. At a distance of 114 miles away, views of Denali’s mountaintop are visible on a clear day from upstairs. Sleeping lady is seen from the neighborhood as well as the other mountains surrounding the Mat-Su Valley. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can see all kinds of wildlife right out your back door: lynx, moose, herons, cranes, the Aurora borealis in the winter months, and the great outdoors of Alaska await! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the bedrooms are equipped with black out blinds to better suit sleeping during the summer months. Brand new home built in 2018!

Great property, we’ll maintained. Property is isolated so it was nice and quite. Good location between Anchorage and Talkeetna.

Peaceful and stunning

There are so many positives I don't know where to begin. The place is stunning! The kitchen was so well stocked with extras like spices and pots and pans. The host was easy to communicate with and so kind. The area is peacful but close to amenities. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We spent more time out of the house than in. Like new, roomy property with all the amenities you need. We even saw a moose run across the backyard!

A coworker and I rented the house for a 2-week work assignment. The house had everything we could need in terms of kitchen supplies - pretty much everything you'd have in your own home kitchen. It had a nice deck to sit on in the evenings, and the owner was quick to bring us/respond when we asked if they had some chairs or something we could use - she brought a nice patio set right away so we could enjoy the outdoor space. Unfortunately, once we had the furniture the weather didn't corporate as it rained most of the rest of the time LOL. One of the only draw backs to the house was there's not a TV in the main living area. The only TV was in the master bedroom. For some that might not be a big deal but because we were working everyday having a TV available for all guests in the main area would have been a plus. Sometimes you just want to relax, have dinner and watch a movie or something after a long day. One other comment I'd offer is it was a bit further from the center of Wasilla - 20-25 min drive - than expected. However, overall nice house, well maintained, clean, nice neighborhood, good amount of space.
