Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Worst ever

I have stayed in many condos and resorts in Panama City beach and this is by far the worst. Beach pool drained although they charge a ridiculous resort fee. Think they will prorate that. Nope!!! 80% of the elevators never worked and I was there 4 days. Got a notification we had to boil water if we consumed any of it. As a customer we pay a lot of money to receive at least an enjoyable time and not all this crap. FYI the sky bar looks nice and fancy just because that is a place where they can extort more of your money. Never, Never, ever will I stay in this condo again even if they offer it for free. If you go to pier park where the travel agency is trying to get you to buy into a condo by remember Emerald Coast Resort by Windham. It is nothing but trash and should be closed. I usually never post anything about places I stay but it was so bad I thought the public should know

NO early check ins for this condo whatsoever. No plug for the soaking tub. Dust and sticky floors upon arriving. Beach chairs in closet for guests to use were broken. Elevators got stuck and only half of them worked during our stay. Simply unimpressed with this condo, but Panama City was great. Vacasa was 0/10 helpful. Unsure if we will ever book through them again.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our trip. The room was very clean and I liked the location. The room was very well furnished and The view was beautiful! One of the cons was the master bedrooms bed was very very uncomfortable. It looked like the boxspring was broken and there was wood underneath supporting the bed. Plus the whole process of getting from the room to the car is a lot to figure out at first but when you figure it out it’s not bad. There was convenient access to the pool and beach. It took us a hot minute to find the second pool with the activities. Everything was super clean and kept up our whole trip. I would definitely stay again. Just maybe in a different condo for a different bed. Our room was 536

Parking deck

Emerald beach resort parking deck is poorly designed, I will not stay here again due to the nightmare of trying to get to your room from parking deck, you have to use 3 separate elevators to get to room with a luggage cart or baby stroller, never again for me, vrbo service was fine

Panama Birthday Beach Trip

We had a great time. We also really enjoyed this property for its proximity to the beach, parking, walking access, and we enjoyed the pools. The condo felt spacious. The view of the beach was wonderful too. The Vacasa staff and the staff at the resort were pleasant and helpful.

Panama City trip

The property was very nice. The condo was clean except they did not empty the trashcan in the kitchen. We noticed scars and scratches on the furniture. So I took pictures and sent them in for your review. The only concern we had was that the hall bathroom tub was very slippery. It was not conducive for seniors getting out of the tub I bruised my knee. The parking lot was secure, appreciated the luggage racks on every parking deck. However, was kind of cumbersome getting from the parking lot to the condo. Yes, I would recommend your condo for future stay into friends.

The view was nice. The condo was clean. Would have preferred to book direct through condo owners. Washer and dryer did not work during our stay. A new unit was installed our last evening there, which was uncomfortable. Wish they would have waited until we were gone.

Great views!

The property was great, many things we wanted to do were within walking distance or a short drive. A couple of small issues with the en suite bathroom but not a big problem. Can’t beat the view and sounds of the waves from the balcony.
